Needs to show some signs in 2018: signs of smarts, aggression, intensity, refusal to get beaten etc If he shows those then he gets more time to develop. Something to hang your hat on. Do you think the coaches (pro tip: who vote in the B&F) might have a reasonable idea of what he does and what he should be doing? For those if us outside the club the B&F is the best guide to how a player is judged by those that matter. And in that, Jack is a failure - regardless of where he was drafted.
