Freo have offered Geelong pick 11 for tim Kelly. Let that sink in. they really are useless.
-
If you are talking about this trade period best you hold off until we can see the results. Otherwise he's doing great.
-
So Freo demand and receive pick 2 for Lachie someone (a real superstar that I cant remember his name) and offer pick 11 and steak knives for a genuine, hard to get gun fwd. They deserve to win the spoon for 10 years trading like that.
-
They had 6 which they have palmed off to Port. 5 would come from a Neale trade. They can't offer 5 if they don't have it. I suspect as a poster pointed out above they will come back late after a Neale trade trying to sweeten the 11 and a future 2nd rounder offer with 5 and a future 2nd rounder.

AFL history is littered with clubs that thought they were close to a flag or the 'premiership window' as you call it, after playing a prelim and topping up. Not saying May isn't the right deal for us but it does pay to be cautious about what you get and who you give up. The FD has been pretty shrewd to date so I feel confident they'll do the right deal

Except we get him for nothing next year....
-
I think its more like percentage of the cap and length rather than actual salary. Subtle diff,,,

We changed our game plan after the Sydney game - the last game Hogan played. We were much more patient, better at delivering the ball inside 50 and didn't defend so high. So it is not necessarily useful to speculate on Hogan's performance as he didn't play under those circumstances. When he played when were bombing the ball into our outnumbered fwd50 like nobody's business.

I haven't seen them for years...

Yep. 'I want Oscar's children' Binman

Close .....about 3.5/3.75hrs

No you said it was a myth that we struggled in defence. You are objectively wrong.
-
Really? It's not up to us to put forward a deal....
-
I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.......
-
You said it was "a myth that we struggled down back" It's no myth. You can say it Fonzie...I was w-w-w-w-...

Seriously embarrassing. As it would be for all of those blinkered Jack Watts supporters. (eh @Bobby McKenzie?) As for Port.. Rockliff 13th, Motlop 14th, Watts 21st... There is a drafting strategy that has failed....
-
The footy dept would seem to disagree, They got in Lever and now they want to get in May and KK. They aren't as confident as you clearly.
-
There is truth to the fact that weaker midfield running will result in higher i50s. But it doesn't obscure the fact that defenders have to be able to defend and ours aren't great. Its not that hard. in 2017 we were last for defending one on ones. I can't get the stats for 2018 but we are nowhere near good enough when the ball comes into the fwd line.
-
Frost has improved greatly. I love his run and his strength. Can take a very good mark as well. Takes the game on and sometimes it comes unstuck. But I have him miles ahead of OMac at this point and we looked better in the 2nd half of the year when he came in.
-
Yeah its a myth. We were 18th for defending i50s in 2107. We were 14th in 2018. The club is looking at Stephen May and KK (a half back flanker) has requested a trade to the MFC. Yeah our defence is all peachy.
-
Why the panic here? The club knows what it is doing these days. Nothing we write here will change anything and yet here we are at 190 pages...
-
Has the turning circle of the Queen mary and the intensity of wet lettuce. Does have very good disposal and has certainly gotten better but cannot be relied upon to win critical one on ones. Straight swap for May.
