McDonald has been great but is out of the team presumably because he is seen as not being long term Look at Neale, Bont, Pendlebury and Sidebottom. Absolute pros. Our leaders (Max excluded) are bordering on fraudulent. And maybe worse is that they are all bad in the same area - disposals and ball use. You can see the club has tried to improve players with ball use including with Lindsay and Langford but it doesn't help players being played out of position like Windsor - who is clearly not a backman. Or Petty who is not a forward. What has happened to Rivers, Fritsch, Petty, Lever, May, Salem, Van Rooyen, Viney, Sparrow, Tholstrup? That's why we are in a hole.
