yeh, he does look taller and i have heard many people claim that he is 194cm but i'd just love to see an official report thats all. I'm not willing to give away a pick 17 or 19 just because he 'looks' taller. if anyone can actually prove that he is 194cm than by all means show us.

the only official recording of schoenmakers height is 189cm. 194cm is just hearsay

wrong again. bruce, simon buckley, davey and martin were all either picked up after pick 50 in the national draft or overlooked completely in the national draft and have turned out to be better than miller . not to mention guys in the past like nathan brown and woewodin etc. just goes to show that there is always good players available there waiting in the ranks should a hack like miller be delisted

i most certainly do. bookmark this. 'rich will be the best player of this draft'. i went with palmer last year..and while cotchin is looking good, palmer has done more to date hence the rising star. i actually went with boak before selwood, and while he hasn't turned out to be as good as joel selwood i think he has shown alot and one of their best young midfielders.

has watts got the running back with the flight courage of riewoldt? No does he have the aggression at the man of fevola? no does he have the body-strength of jono brown? no (and chances are he never will) is he as quick as franklin? yes he is, but does not have franklins tackling ability, or his aggression, or the self-confidence.

and gumbleton is a 200cm (yes he has grown) key forward with great hands and runs 2nd in essendons 3km time trials. in the 06 draft you would have taken gumbleton, i would have taken joel selwood.

because its flawed logic. what about minutes per game?...also what about dropped marks per game?...amount of times miller runs underneath the ball per game compared to gardiner? number of clangers per game? number of times any of them got scared in a contest and punched it (instead of marking it) straight down to akermanis directly in front of goals losing a game for their team?

wrong. if miller was playing for any of the other clubs he would have been delisted too. If Miller was at the cats as Gardiner was then he wouldnt have got past his first contract. After that I honestly dont think another club would have touched him. Gardiner is a hell of a lot better than miller. WIth regards to Miller i've never known a player not being able to mark or even handball properly.

exactly, there is and always will be a go home factor. Don't know what he is on about. For the people that are sold on Watts they obviously haven't seen much of him. They just think 'Watts, Key forward, Quick, Victorian. i'm sold!'. This is far too premature especially when Watts has many flaws and the likes of Rich who is the best available player is right there. At the end of the day, if Watts was from another state you guys wouldnt even be mentioning his name
