  1. Not really, easiest ground to park near in the VFL IMO.
  2. CJ was no where near BOG. Not sure what the person who wrote that was thinking. Bizzell had 30 odd touches across half-back.
  3. Either have it at night or have it during the day, don't try and split the [censored] difference!!
  4. YM. In your earlier post you said 'it's a joke if there is a specific plan for Newton, and not one for the other youngsters', then in the post I have quoted you say you know they have plans for all the youngsters. These posts are 7 minutes apart. Would you make up your mind please, or are you just making stuff up so you can continue your mud-slinging at the club? I think it is the latter.
  5. Herald Sun article: http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,2...720-661,00.html
  6. He has a lower back problem.
  7. I've got my Miller voodoo doll at home, have been poking pins into it for the last week. Have had some success with his ankle....
  8. Garry Lyon raised the McDonald tackle on Footy Confidential last night. The whole panel agreed it was holding the ball, and definitely not a push in the back. Do expect any favours from the umpires this week either.
  9. All of you, except Deanox, put Miller in your best 22. Miller is on no way in our best 22. The quicker he is out of the side the better.
  10. He what!!??? Execute him now!!
  11. I'm with you drake. Mr Judd likes to keep everyone happy.
  12. Around about 22,000. Mickrocks probably knows an accurate figure.
  13. Fan, I hadn't arrived at our normal viewing spot and was walking past when it happened right in front of me. It would be 'in play' as Nixon and Dunn were both after the ball that was about to go over the boundary line. Nixon threw an elbow back and collected Dunn on the point of the cheekbone up near his eye. No free kick was awarded. Paul Wheatley saw what happened and went in to fly the flag. So would probably be graded as follows: In Play Reckless (probably can't prove intent, not sure if Nixon actually looked at Dunn when he did it) High impact High contact + the injury resulting to Dunn to be taken into account. Not that they will be grading it like that but 4 weeks if the VFL Tribunal is serious. I would be interested to hear Dunn's evidence too. He was complaining to a Sandy trainer once he got to the bench about it and he wasn't too glowing with his thoughts on Bo Nixon.
  14. Was Tomi Johnston. Terrific tackle, won a holding the ball decision. Let Port's ruckman know about it afterwards too.
  15. I thought Garland was actually pretty good. Not sure what you were watching. He presented and used the ball well. Seems to have a good football brain. Petterd was very good. His second half was excellent. Puts his body on the line to win the ball. I liked what I saw. Neville didn't do much, and Wheatley only played the first half and hardly saw it.
  16. Hysterics before a practice match. Unbelievable.
  17. Correct me if I am wrong, but you just said if we win the flag you will love him, if we don't you don't want him to be given another contract? You need to pick a position on ND. Be either for him as coach or against him as coach. Don't jump on his bandwagon if he wins us a flag.
  18. I can't believe Freo took both Johnson's and Farmer's cases up to the tribunal. Both were certanties to go IMO.
  19. I didn't see it that way. I think he was saying we are aiming for a premiership now, but if we don't get it we will still be ok as the players coming through are pretty good. The role of a coach is to plan short and long-term. Looks to me like ND is doing both, which he must be given credit for given his contract is up this year.
  20. [Admin Edit: Please quit the sniping]
  21. Have you ever said anything positive about the MFC?
  22. Lets slash our wrists, we are losing a practice match........ Your negativity along with YM's is disgusting.
  23. And how would you know this? Just taking a wild stab in the dark are we?????
