For those who know this years draft, if you had a choice between of Sanders or McKercher at Melbournes first pick who would you choose?

With Yze getting the Richmond gig (stoked for him), it means that we’ll need to find a midfield coach as well as a forwards coach. We should be looking to bring in the best line coaches for both these positions. Our defence is still doing well under Chaplin, but the midfield and forward line is where we were found wanting the past 2 years. FIX IT NOW.

Absolutely need a review, an honest review. Which probably means it’ll need to be external.

Exactly. Out in straight sets 2 years in a row. This year we had more scoring shots and played the better football than both opposition, yet still managed to lose both games. The truth hurts sometimes, so im interested in seeing how the club responds to the past 2 years. It'll either make us as a club, or we flounder. If it's the latter, then i would agree we are indeed fragile. After the 21 premiership, all the coaching and playing group were talking about was not becoming complacent. Hasn't worked well for us so far.
