This kids upside is huge. Given that he wasn't in the representative system (U18's - Vic Country program) and was a late comer to the TAC program, his scope for continual improvement as he gets used to the full on footy environment is mighty tantalising. As he improves on his fitness and tank, his impact on the contest will continue to improve (staggering for a kid who gathered 36 possessions in just his 14th AFL game).

So long as our players' and coaches keep it all in perspective, i couldn't care less how far ahead or behind we get on here. They can influence the outcome, they control their mindset, not us mere supporters.
