That’s what I’m inferring. If he comes to us, I hope posters aren’t expecting him to produce champion games week after week. He is much more a forward than mid at this stage of his career.

Granted it is Humphrey, but he averaged 15.4 disposals per game this year. Just trying to tempt expectations that he’ll show up and 30 and a goal every week.

Yes I believe we are indeed over valuing Humphries quite a bit, but we are giving up the quality of Trac, Clarry and McVee. If it’s just picks we get back, then we’re going to have to kill the draft with picks 6, 7 & 24 (or whatever they end up being). in an alleged shallow and very compromised draft, it doesn’t bode well.

If Giants want to give only a 3rd rounder, we should be paying nowhere near $700k, closer to $250k and still we’re getting bent over. Lamb fails at the contract table, then again at the trade table.
