  1. Maybe after we interviewed Holmes recently he blabbed to his friends and the secret got out. Not necessarily our fault.
  2. Bit of a surprise with the Roos going for Will Philips
  3. This video clip says he's eligible in 2021... It says it in the last 5 seconds after saying he wants to wear a Freo jumper! https://www.fremantlefc.com.au/video/232457/we-are-looking-for-consistency-lyon?videoId=232457&modal=true&type=video&publishFrom=1563329147001
  4. If the AFL decide in the future to reduce players on the field which positions could they realistically get rid of?
  5. Agreed. My work productivity will take a hit if bluddy trade radio comes back for another week!
  6. If you give Mahoney a paperclip he'll end up trading it for a house.
  7. I bet the blockbuster trades magically don't happen until Thursday's primtetime ratings...
  8. Nah, bulldogs would be able to get a better deal pointswise from another club for their pick 14.
  9. Don Jr. is a good chance apparently, there's a scary thought.
  10. I've been keeping my eye on the odds (sure, not the most scientific method but there is money at stake for sportsbet..) There's been more momentum shifts then a good game of footy... biden favourite, then trump favourite, now biden favourite. Better not get my hopes up though! https://www.sportsbet.com.au/betting/politics/us-politics/US-Presidential-Election-2020-2982545
  11. How did 233,000 COVID deaths this year not seem to have an impact on people's voting!?
  12. I reckon he's talking about Dodoro, head list manager (and unliked by all clubs except for essendon)
  13. I'd love to know the real reason Melbourne and Freo cooled on Jesse. Other than he likes his partying and needs better off field dedication. Oh well, will have to wait for an Open Mike special in 20 years.
  14. I meant more at the negotiation stage when the contract is first being worked out. I guess player's agents will usually always push for lots more money, even above market value, which is why it's impressive when some clubs get their existing players to accept slightly less for the greater good (Hawthorn during their flag years, Geelong.. and Richmond now?)
  15. It's ironic that individual player's greed for a lot more money ends up crippling the very club they play for and the chances of a flag. Players talk about how important team success is but then they jeopardise this (I'm sure they can still pay their mortgage and look after their family on say 900k a year compared to 850k)
