Just got home from footy training..... Can someone let me know what he said on the footy show?? What was his attitude like, how was his appearance, and did he look like he was off his guts???
-
Congratulations to young Stef..... You are about to pull on the most famous guernsey in world football..... Wear it with pride and make it your own!!!

Just saw him on the Footy Show.... Didn't know $hit about the Melbourne Football Club.... But I suppose any publicity is good publicity -
I've got a feeling you will be yearning for that Juice for awhile yet!!! And also would not be surprised if the Juice changes flavours between now and the next time you have a taste (eg. changes clubs) Massive trade bait IMHO

PJ: As a permanent Forward..

I have had pretty big wraps on this kid for years now and it seems as though the club is finally starting to realise the potential this giant of a man has!! Will be interesting to see how he goes over the next few weeks..... -

Not a hope in hell that Adelaide will part with Tippett..... The thought is nice but if hell freezes over and Tippett does happen to get off-loaded by the Crows, it will be in a deal with the Gold Coast side when they enter the competition (he will go home to GC or stay in Adelaide) Stewart YES..... Cocksmell NO!! (marijuana is bad mmmmmKay!) This I think is a bit premature on behalf of Petterd...... Give the kid a chance to show us what he's got before you go delisting him! This is actually a ripper! But take out the mid-round draft pick..... Fremantle are so stupid come trade week that they will actually think they are getting a great deal!!!!! -

The ingredients of the 'nutritional supplements' from Dr. Worsfold are a lot different this year than they have been in the past.... A few examples of some changes to the recipe Premiership year : Speed, Ice, Crystal, Crank, Glass, Uppers (“Crystal” is a powder form of methamphetamine that is injected, inhaled or ingested. “Ice” and “glass” are smokable forms of methamphetamine and “crank” comes in tablets or capsules.) Immediate Effects: In small doses, uppers increase mental alertness and physical energy. *Also we cannot forget the doses of coke included in the "Premiership Cocktail" where the effects appear soon after a single dose and may include euphoria and increased alertness This year : Mixture of barbiturates including Amytal, Nembutal, Seconal and Tuinal. Also a healthy dose of Benzodiazepines such as Valium and Librium and newly available Xanax and Ativan. Immediate Effects: Short-term effects appear rapidly after a single dose and disappear usually within a few hours or even days. A small amount will characteristically produce calm and relaxation, inducing slowed breathing and reflexes. A larger dose may produce effects similar to that of drunkenness, including slurred speech, staggering, slowed reactions, loss of inhibition, and intense emotions often expressed in an extreme and unpredictable manner. The above information is not entirely accurate! But just because it didn't happen, doesn't mean it's not true! -
Still has a long way to go, but a very encouraging performance today! His effectiveness by foot was impressive.....

Has been dominating in the last few weeks for the Saints..... From memory, he had 11 touches in the first quarter last week (in stellar form) Thinking there may be a mit more to this story....?.....?.....

Valenti will definately get a run this weekend.... Purely due to the fact of the amount of stoppages there will be.... Would love to see Whelan, but will wait and see...

Not a hope in hell that Port will offload Robbie Gray..... If anything, I would be more interested in throwing another player into the deal with Bell and trying to lure someone like Danyle Pearce!!! Not in the good books down at Port at the moment.... Been told to pull his finger out of his ar$e.... Maybe Bailey could do something with him, seeing as since DB left Port they have got nothing out of him.... But, I'm sure DB has his views on who he would be after.... (Not saying we should trade Bell, just using him as an example)
-
OP?!?!?!?! Please tell me you are not talking about the club building a small city to house all the players on our list with this horrible injury?!?!?! This is disastrous news!
-
I'm sure David Rhodan is a fine example of giving a bloke an opportunity after dodgy knees!

Before everyone get's stuck into Cale Morton?
The Backyard Charizard replied to Neita3000's topic in Melbourne Demons
I remember a guy by the name of Robbie Flower who was also quite skinny! Maybe he should've been an umpire as well?!?!?! Oh no, that's right..... He ended up being one of the greatest players to ever pull on a Melbourne guernsey.... At least Cale has one thing going for him over Robbie.... He doesn't need glasses yet! -
Injury List - Jared Rivers (4-6)
The Backyard Charizard replied to Demon3's topic in Melbourne Demons
Abdominals?!?!?! HaHa!!!! Was clearly discussed on Adelaide radio on Monday that he is struggling with groin soreness.... Unfortunately, I think we may have seen the best of Jared at Melbourne.... I think the River's run dry! Trade bait..... Don't care what people say, but Rhino is correct! If you can't play more than 10 games a year then you are not a required player (injuries or no inuries) -
Scorpions v Zebras Schizophrenia Match
The Backyard Charizard replied to Beach Road Bazza's topic in Melbourne Demons
Will take a lot more than a statement about a VFL rezzies match to get me excited about Juice again!! I personally think the kid has mental issues, but time will tell.... -
Totally agree! I would say at the moment it is 50/50 that the our club may not be in Melbourne by 2015 That is why it is up to everyone involved to rally around the club and prove to all the knockers that we will be Melbourne forever!! This information has been blatently obvious for years and it is only now in our darkest hour that people are finally taking notice!
-
OMG! Now that is an image I would rather have not had in my mind! You sick, sick human

At the moment Jim Stynes is like a pregnant woman..... Unlike most pregnancies, Jim is having a football club (not a baby).... The football club is still very early in the development process.... At the end of this season we will be through our first trimester.... The embryo will slowly start to take the form of a fetus.... This early in the developement the heartbeat is really faint but is beating around 140bpm!! It's a great sign, things are going well..... But we need to get through this crucial stage before we get too excited.... PS... Jim has chosen to announce to the world that he is pregnant with a new football club.... Let our gifts for the baby be shitloads of memberships! :D

And the new Stynes team is ......

That is one of the most heartening articles I have read about the Melbourne Football Club in a long time! I am damn sure we are in for some exciting times over the next 12-24 months.... Good luck to all involved and may you bring our mighty club back from the depths to once again be a force to be reckoned with! :D :D :D -
Pure gold!!! Rule 14.2 section 9a clearly states : Didak is a retard!

mmmmm...... Jen Hawkins..... Much better topic than "Cloke's ButtHead"
