Not a bad interview..... at least Yze is realistic about where his future is..... Unfortunately, it is not with the Melbourne Footy Club..... It is nothing short of a terrible shame that it will end this way (Melbourne & Yze) but we are no longer THAT sort of club!! We are building an empire, not a retirement home! (no disrespect to anyone)

Each time you write something on this site, you become more of a tool bag..... And being a tradesman, I already have one of these and really don't wish to see another one every day of my life..... Never a more honest word spoken.... Col was terrible today!! Valenti and Morton were awesome compared to him!! Col's decisions were pathetic and his disposal was horrible!

West Coke will pick up Rich..... I can't see them going for Naita!! If anything, Freo will be looking at Naita to cover the loss of Robbie to us next season....

Mate.... He is a good in and under player, but if Valenti keeps improving the way he is, then IMHO it worth seeing what we could get for Jones.... I realise he is young and has talent.... All the more reason to see who is interested.... We have a strong group of tough midfielders.....

Jones is a real concern for me at the moment.... I fear that his career may not be all I had hoped.... I would even go as far as to say that if V has a strong finish to the season that Jonesy may even be offered as trade bait?!?!?! Strange, but it would not shock me too much if it happened....

Yeah, just love the way he goes about his footy! It gives me chicken skin whenever I see him lay a huge tackle on someone! The bloke is a legend!

Any team that allows Richmond to kick 11 goals in a quarter without Richo is tanking the hell out the game!!!! West Coke are a bloody digrace..... Daniel Rich loves them at the moment as it means he doesn't have to buy toilet paper!

Will not be voting in this poll..... It is not as Black & White as a Yes or No answer.......

Can see the potential in him, that's for sure..... Just needs a string of games to get a better indication.... If he kicked straight today, could've had 3-5 goals.... Then people would have been praising him!

Was fairly impressed by his game this arvo.... As people have said, he still needs another 15-20kg and 30-40 games before we will see him really start to have a major influence on our games..... But from what he has shown early on in his first season, I am more than happy with our selection! Unlike some other impatient pricks! One thing I do notice about his game a lot, is the way he grabs the ball and almost everytime, he turns inside out (quite often into trouble) which then forces him to give off the quick handball to a team mate under pressure.... Just something that I see more and more each time he plays.... I think he is still finding his feet in the big league and is maybe struggling with the pressure and closing speed of opposition tacklers! No criticism..... Just something I have noticed..... I have absolute faith in DB and his crew to help Cale reach his full potential (which is HUGE!)

Yes, this has been going on for nearly a year..... Care factor is pretty low when it comes to media hype like this.....

I have been doing this for the last few years whilst living in Adelaide and have never been more proud than the day a young boy came up to me on the train and said "My Dad barracks for the Crows and he makes me as well, but when I grow up I am going to barrack for the Demons because I like Flash & Aussie". The boy would've been no older than 6 and he was on his way to private school for the day.... You should've seen the smile on his face when I replied "Well this is the 2008 membership scarf and I want you to remember the day you became a true Demon supporter"..... as I put the scarf around his neck! "Keep it in your bag and put it in a safe place until you are ready to tell your Dad" I said.... One of the greatest days of my life that was!

It is common knowledge throughout the nation that certain sides only want to win a select number of games this season.... We are certainly among them... But the difference between us and the other "tankers" is the fact that we have gone out and tried to win every game despite our horror start to the season.... Good can come of the wins that we achieve this season! You can see the genuine excitement of the players when we have won our 2 games (2 of the best wins the club has had in decades IMHO) and it creates a hunger in the guts of the younger (impressionable) players.... Far more will be gained in 2008 for the future of this club, despite what a lot of outsiders think, from winning a couple more "unwinnable" games! We are guaranteed to finish bottom 3 and with this will come a fantastic draft selection, regardless of who it is! But developing a hunger and a belief amongst our current juniors is IMHO more important! The top 3 draft pick and PSD selection will just be icing on the cake for the coaches! DB is building an army.... And his troops are exceeding all expectations during basic training!

I much prefer our 1990's logo..... Bring back the Demon!!

Why don't you ask him out on a date..... Of course he is not going to say that he hates it up there and wants to move back to Melbourne....

This is where we should be looking at blokes like Kurt Tippett, Salopek, and I do believe we have a shot at The Pav...... Will be interesting
