SCNs ask the recipient to clarify their innocence or cop to the charge. Upin recieving the inevitable the 34 concerned will have a clearer understanding of whst transpired as obviously the club itself hasn't seen fit to do so. Kowtow ? Again they aren't being brow beaten into submission they will effectively be charged with being foul of the Code to which THEY must adhere to, at all times. The wise would upon the presentation of the facts as they are might seek counsel as to how best to progress. Kowtow ? No. Personal damage control, yes. In many ways the players have been purposely kept in the dark. Some may have preferred it even. A day of reckoning beckons, hardly kowtowing though.

Summed up nicely

I had a suspicion for sometime and it seems to be panning out ( take no credit as only an observation) I think Frawley has painted himself into a corner. I think the club has outfoxed him. My thoughts go to the idea that when Roos came to us he pretty well had most summed up but there were a handful he was interested to see how they went under him. Frawley wasn't one. Once Chip played the ol I'll wait and see...the club stamped his card. Roos spent the year figuring out how to form a backline without him just to be sure. Chips value to us became his compo pick. Something Roos COULD use to rebuild the midfield. Chip thinks hes been clever but hes a pawn. I reckon the club is happy to part with many of the old brigade as it rebuilds its culture. Some have the right stuff and will stay. Others will soon part company. This year is about correcting the ship. This trade-draft is about gettinf some more quality cattle. Next season about playinv real Aussie Roos Football. Thanks Chip

There will players that automatically get delisted and or traded There will be those in the ?-basket. Some will be left on the list for the time being as they may add to a trade etc or someone might surprisingly have some interest etc etc. For these players it will all depend how the rest of the trading and drafting goes ( or expected to go ) . They''ll be retained til they dont need to be. I suspect Evans is one such player. I wouldnt go getting any big mortgages just atm if I were he !!

Jack Viney will only ever be a one club player. Those inclined to put their nuts on line for such things would/could do so pretty safely on this !!
