ahh oh wise one ..yo have spotted our flaw !! we're static.. unbeleivably so I feel. Behind the goals you would have noticed that both ends of our ( what passes for a team ) dont move !! they don tlead.. they dont present.. they dont second guess where the play is going and so set up a link move. No when they do decide to move..after a cuppa nd some scones it seems they all amble off holding hands !! They are that close that any handball is counterproductive or any kick a furphy ! You see they have to point fingers...as they have all been struck down mute !!

I tend to favour this method. If that measn some stalwarts..( but bad listeners) o to tthe Zebbies for the remainder of their contracts..so be it!! Why wait til end of year..or next season.. Actually the best analogy I can make.. is I expect higher standards of behaviour and effort from my own kids than I do of others.. Maybe its just me..whilst I wil forgive those I love..I also seem to expect the most from them..Simply because I care!!

actually.. it stands to reason that some would. Thats actually somethig we need to get much better at. making the hard call. if someone hasnt come on..or is nt lookig liek they will ..cull them..straight away.. get new ones in.. and yo keep doing this til the general quality rises. its not a quick process . Thats just how it is. We have , as a club , held on to players at all levels far too long.

Well heres the thing... we all grumble that the club accepted mediocrity as its guise for far too long. We expect it to pick up its act. Well I ALSO expect it to run like a decent bloody business..FFS if it cant get littel things right how hard will it be to get the big ones. Its an attitude . To make mistakes is one thing. Not to rectify or offer help with them is another. So..is it that because Im a member..a supporter..i just close my eyes and acccept what ever crap comes my way? F that !!.No way. Just because you love something.. a child..a club whatever doesnt mean you ignore its foibles. Or they just go on forever....and that has pretty well described the lat 40 off years of this club. Hopefully the newer regime will have a totally different outlook. Invariably as it takes a lot longer to actualy change teh big things that they can make a start onthe smaller ones. Thats where clever organisations start...gettting the little things right...builds a foundation for everything else. It the builds into an ethic.. For those incapable of reading.. Mr Moose did talk to the club initially...and got fobbed off !!

To be quite frank Id cancel my club order..ask for money back and buy one from the shops. Club or not.. You ought not be treated like that. Just part of the 'commercial' lesson the club needs to learn.. Dont be incompetent !!

The zone-pack can work very well..but you need a group of players...well drilled ..and with absolute faith to carry it out. We didnt quite have that on teh day !!

well.. not really...lol..as some really didnt register much.. But il mention those that impacted..one way or the other..I may miss a couple.. but that only means i didnt see much of them. Benny.. was in amongst it early.. definitely providing a target and good cover to others . Like it seems everyone.. he got to have abit of a run around contributing quite well.. til he exited the game Rivers... seems pumped.. ran it out well.. linked well.. defended with vigour.. is on his game..and a very niggled bloke at times..lol.. Id be personally very surprised if he didnt start in R & B at teh cattery Aussie.. he's a goer.. I think in some ways he adjusting still toa game less about pure skill and mor eabout now, now , now. but he's getting there.. has very nice body balance..and that inherent intuition we come to admire in the inddigenous . i thin a few of his family or mates wer ethere today which was great !! Meeson.. I thought he did Ok today.. He strikes me as possibly a 2nd ruck. maybe more time and mentoring migh timprove his effect but he taps way better than jamar. Jamar.. a pretty fair game today.. bt he does this at this level and then gets alittel out of sorts and lacks competitveness at AFL... not sure what yo do with Russian.. Good pair of hands though and he does thin ok when linking.. I summise its the pace of AFL that catches him a little. Ooze.. good..not brilliant.. a little selfish and blazais !! probably in top half of the team today...he should have shone though !! Wheels.. a bit of this..a bit of that. I dont hink he's really 100% yet. played well in bursts ..a nice goalwith a bit of polish too ..but concernsme he gives so many yards at times to his man. I know Wheels likes to play off of them a bit.. but you cant afford to at AFL level.. you can get away with murder at VFL..he did today !! Wheels did a few things today...but looks a bit underdone..and was giving a bit too much licence to his man when defending... just my observation .
