Yep. first time in over 30 years of watching Football that I have ever been envious of Richmond supporters. At least each and every one of their players have a dip and bust a gut for 120 mins each and every week.

You're kidding me right? The coaches can not make a player put his body on the line when required. We can not blame the coaches for effort, that is a players choice, the only blame we can give the coaches is if they allow him to continue to do so.

What Bailey needs to do is grab the whole lot of them, sit them down, show the vision of Judd on friday night with a dodgy ankle still charge out of the centre, put his body on the line, chase and tackle and grit his teeth and play through the pain. And say to the list, that is courage, that is strength of mind and strength of character, then he should point to them all and give Davey a steely look and ask who thought they did that. I agree with Luke Darcy on the coverage that Davey was looking for an excuse by getting trainers to look at his knee etc. Either go off or go hard, there is no in between!

I think the new press style of playing really does not suit him. I still think he does not even think of chasing as a first instinct.

Yep was a weak act and the fact he did not try and redeem himself. Weak at the contest, weak in his effort, weak anytime a some one comes close to him, no mental toughness. I'm so over Davey not putting the effort in. No wonder so many others don't try hard enough when one of our leaders shows absolute no guts.

Got to admire his endeavor and heart. And my one gripe with him he seems to have changed a fair bit this year is to give the first option and not try to break tackles every time he gets the ball. If all our players gave as much as Jones did for the full 120 mins Jones did, we would be 5-2 right this minute.

JETTA = waste of position on the field and on the list. I say this after every one of his games, he shows nothing except how to give free kicks away and get caught with the ball. I was wrong in saying Green would make a good captain, but I stand by my comment that I do not think Moloney or Davey are one either.
