  1. Yeah I have him in my supercoach team and I'm spewing he only got 32 points! Could he not have waited till the last after he had at least 80-90 pts
  2. Yep no arguments. Jurrah got better by the end, but early he was poor, it was actually once he started chasing and tackling that he got better.
  3. Get those small numbers and put all the numbers you mentioned on the back
  4. Two thinks I loved from last night was watching Trengove play, and he reminds me soooooooooo much of Bartel that I get all tingly, but I think he could be better than Bartel and I rate Bartel as top 10 if not 5 in the comp. The other was Scully ordering the whole midfield where to stand in the 3rd quarter, he was pointing at everyone and telling them where to move to, Even Moloney and they were. Then the icing was Seeing Trenners and Sculls together orgainising where the rest of the team should be, I loved it. We need to throw the everything and 100 kitchen sinks at Scully to keep him!
  5. We usually get up for the Pies, I still think thye will squeeze the bejesus out of us, it the Freo game the week after and the Tigers the week after that I want to see the same attack and intesity.
  6. McKenzie, Sculls and Trenners all do something a lot of second year players dont, the don't just dive after the ball, they throw their bodies at their opponents to shield the ball and then get it and get it out. And if they don't succeded on the first go, thye go again and again and again. Awesome to watch! Got to love the Gys's work too!
  7. I was surprised at the pace Morton did show, not that often he takes players on. Bennell I have always thought does a job, he seems to more worry about beating his opponent when up forward, but seemed more free when he was down back.
  8. Yep Nicho showed a lot of good poise under pressue and the ability to quickly think his way through something and execute it.
  9. how good was the spoil that went at right angles about 30 meters out of bounds.
  10. The best thing I saw from him ( and I saw it a few times) is he looked to put a good hard shepherd on after he had handballed or when running near. Most run for the recieve, he goes for the shepherd. So good to see that.
  11. Yep he hits it quite a few times, but does not shatter it, it's water I think.
  12. 6. McKenzie 5. Rivs 4. Gys 3. Martin 2. Trengove 1. Watts
  13. I thought Bartram was out for another 3 weeks? I'm sure I saw it somewhere Hip 4 weeks last week. Great to see the ins, will make watching the game much more bearable.
  14. I agree Benno.
  15. I think Mick even went on to say things like that have won him games and lost him games and he doesn't like it.
  16. Also gave Sylvia a fair whack. For those who did not see it, Roos said Sylvia is a great forward of centre player who does not work hard enough the other way.
  17. I think J Brown might want to have a chat
  18. Can we just close the season now?
  19. The problem is IMO 2 things, one we do not close down quick enough nor shift the press quickly enough. the second is we also don't run hard enough when we do have the ball, never seems to be any hussle.
  20. If he is not at the club next week then those running the club are idiots. One of the better football brains in the game. @ Neita3000, one problem I think we had on the weekend is that we had both Bate and LJ in the F50 who really can only play out of the square, up they ground they become less effective.
  21. Get ball, run up, stop, hand ball to some one else and continue to do so until turn ball over, or kick 50meters down the line to a 3 on 1
  22. Jurrah does not have the tank to push up and back as often as he is doing in the first half, then by half time he is stuffed. And we don't have a forward line, we have a few players hanging around the middle outnumbered for our backs to kick in the general direction hoping it will go out fdor a boundary throw in.
  23. Seems Judd still has a soft spot for the Dee's. Doesn't want us to lose by 12-15 goals, so he drops out and we only lose by 8-10 goals
  24. Yeah I agree with the cause, but seriously, I'd donate more not to have to sit through it. The only pre game entertainment should be the guys warming up or a reserve comp. Everything else they do is tacky.
  25. Is the pre game "entertainment" Dear god I know it will be awful. WHY O WHY do they do this to us, who the hell actually comes up with these ideas?
