Been doing some brewing this morning and I usually like to have a few as I'm cleaning up the Brewhaus (ie carhole)...could be trouble by gametime. The boy played his first game for the season yesterday in the U-10s, kicking the frost off the ground at 9am. They had a dominant win which I am taking as an omen. Their number 31 was BOG with a great aerial display for a kid...Fritta omen.

They're flat out! Either that or this is the FoxFooty newsroom...Jon Ralph, Tom Morris etc.

We're unwatchable. I'd say call the season off but we'd be the same in 9 months time anyway.

Just saw a dude wearing a Demons windbreaker at the Ainslie shops. I'm taking that as an omen that Vanders (The Pride of Ainslie) will have a big game: strong grabs, good ball use, and some crunching tackles. Also, on the walk home an old fella said "G'day digger." I'm not exactly sure how that relates to the Dees and omens but I'll continue trying to find a link. Dees by two goals.

Bumping this one for a Pedo update. Heard from the brother-in-law that Cam took out the League B&F with 38 votes (inc 10 BOG's). Looks like thethe Dogs have been through the season without a loss too...one draw.

Even when it's not the Demons involved the West Coast crowd [censored] me to tears. Bunch of wankers. Go Dogs!

12 degrees here. Raked some leaves, about to do a run to the recycle centre. Public holiday tomorrow, the fridge(s) are stocked, the only thing missing this arvo is Tom $cully to say some nasty swears at. Giants by 22.

What I found really annoying about Morris On The Couch last night, apart from his huge noggin (like an orange on a toothpick), was his use of the word ample. 'He didn't have one or two beers, he had ample' something like that anyway. It doesn't say anything...ample for Tom might be a pot of shandy.

Flying down with the family for the week which will get us to this game (fresh off the plane) and the Tiggers match. MFCSS has me expecting the worst...

Bruce has become a bit of a caricature of himself over a number of years now. My special lady friend and I were discussing last night how great it would be if Fox Footy could implement a button where all you get to hear are the effects mics (umps, whistles, crowd noise, players swearing etc). That commentary team last night were desperate for Sydney to get up... PS. Lingy can [censored] right off!
