What they are saying at Bomberland
They can say what they want, I've never been less fazed by what is being said at Bomberland.

Love the way this guy goes about his footy, a vital cog that makes it all work. Yes I was a doubter in the past too.

I'm very excited about Howes and looking forward to when he does feature, does seems early though.

Farewell Luke Jackson
Let's just say hypothetically GWS somehow bomb out this year and end up with a real high pick. Then on top of that someone like Steve Coniglio randomly requests a trade. Could a club like that one enter the frame? I know it's all 'choose your own adventure' at this stage but I just can't rule out the left field suitor.

Farewell Luke Jackson
Yeah and ultimately these are my thoughts too. Crazy to think about though, just hope we've got enough in the kitty to keep him happy.

Farewell Luke Jackson
Not looking to ruffle feathers or swirl anything around, but is it really just between us and WA clubs? There could be godfather offers coming from all over the place much like a Judd situation back in the day. Personally I agree with the 2-3 year route and I think it's a smart avenue to take as the club, save the ego contract for the next one.

POSTGAME: Rd 02 vs Gold Coast
No of course not EO but a lot of fans do eg. " Why aren't they talking about us?" "Why aren't we getting credit for xyz" "What did Collingwood do that we didn't?" etc. It seems to really bother them if we aren't getting limelight. Definitely agree on the narrative stuff, if I had a paper company I'd write on that stuff as well.

It was pretty poor wasn't it. I don't necessarily hate those commentators with a passion or anything but I thought they were well below par on Sat night. I'm also finding that commentators seem to be looking for free kicks more often than I am when watching. Even moments where there was a little dicey contact but you were glad they were letting it go you'd hear Dwayne saying there might have been 2 free kicks in the 2 second passage of play. These are usually the people that are sick of too many free kicks and want the game to flow yet here they are calling out fair non-calls.

I'm with you. More than happy to just cruise along picking up the wins at this stage rather than seek attention.

I'm gobsmacked that Viney might have a case to answer for in that bump incident with whoever it was (Maybe Sharp?).

He would probably be the most un-talked about AA player of the last 10 years if we're being honest. How many people in your friendship circle would go straight to Touk Miller when talking about best mids in the competition? This the point I'm making, he's finally getting praise not only from AA selectors and experts but the common and wider public footy fan too.
