Although he wasn't top tier he was certainly on a tear last year and lost his job due to injury. It's brutal but it does happen and the ship sails on with or without you. I try not to get too emotional when players leave becasue it is the club that comes first for me but this one will sting a little. Back when we were on our long road back to relevance it was guys like Jayden that got our younger fans excited and all watching headbands. I would still like to have him on our list and pushing for selection as we really don't have many players who offer what he does. It would be great to really try and play him to his strengths, how many times can you remember him going on a good run and carry? Not that many. I guess in a system based team it makes it hard for players to have that 'free role' where they can go rogue and step outside the sqaure.
