  1. Actually wouldn't mind seeing this.
  2. Cheers Gonzo! I will check this one out. I've heard of this guy's pod before but this will be a great introduction I reckon. I loved DB, great player and consistent NFL punter for a long time. Paved the way for the likes of Graham, Rocca, Chapman, Sippos in making the crossover.
  3. That's correct McQueen, I do love WA 🙂 Can't wait to get back over again. I also really like the city of Adelaide believe it or not, some spots in the CBD are just so picturesque and Mt Lofty has the best view. This country has plenty to offer. Hope the people attending have a great time.
  4. The Gold Coast Suns last game is all the explanation you need
  5. Have you tried barracking for the Suns in a game lately Adonski? It's like watching a toaster reverse into a car wash.
  6. Maybe the Crows game that we lost by a point?
  7. How cool is that! Nice job! My mum drove around with my 2005 members scarf on her dashboard for months after the flag, suffice to say it's become rather faded.
  8. It's like they keep moving the goalposts.
  9. Post of the year?
  10. It really is an average joint the ankle. It's supposed to hold your whole body up for crying out loud!
  11. I don't want to see betting advertising banned but I want to see it regulated much more. Limit the number of betting ads per TV/radio commercial break, signage at grounds, web advertising. Make it a matter of public interest and not make so many advertising slots available to betting companies. With less advertising slots available for betting companies, crank up the price to take out an ad. He with the highest bid wins and gets that valuable exposure for their company as opposed to competing with 4 others that day, there are plenty that would be able to afford it. It will be government driven but what other choice is there?
  12. I'll try to nick down. It's around 11:30 yeah?
  13. Remember when Essendon fans liked footy?
  14. Poor bloke, not even a flag could cure that ailment it seems.
  15. I know it probably cost a pretty penny but if you're keen to donate it, the Demon Army organises raffles and auctions for donated memorabilia. Funds raised go towards all their efforts like the amazing banners they make on gameday! @WalkingCivilWar mentioned it in this post if interested:
  16. A Carlton fan tried to tell me last night that the MRO is too busy protecting themselves against future CTE cases..
  17. Thanks Gonzo. If you were to get a capture card would it capture what is mounted on the TV screen or would it need to come from a source eg DVD recorder/Cable tv box etc.
  18. I mean, by soon, within 2 years would be kind of nice!
  19. It can't not succeed Macca I agree, I'm just being that guy. As Dworship said the kitty has already been filled as a result. I think it could be one of those things that keeps getting better with more tweaks to make the fan experience more enjoyable. I was thinking last night about this prospect: Gather Round as the first round to open the season. Interested to hear the Pro Gather Rounders thoughts.
  20. I don't really Mcqueen, I just chose this topic to become a total contrarian about. Everyone gets one 😛 While I do think it's a shiny object idea I do hope it's a success for the city of Adelaide and the people who attend.
  21. Good for them I guess.
