  1. This thread didn't get bumped quickly enough, for shame.
  2. Well it's as central as we're gonna get. For what we want anyway.
  3. Very well spoken, stands out above many players with his public speaking.
  4. The G looks a bit harder, probably still recovering from the Sheeran gig, hopefully some others in the know can help out. Very rarely a need for long stops anymore it seems.
  5. Didn't read it to be honest, just the headline jargon about meeting with family during Gather Round to discuss his future. Click bait much.
  6. I think the article is bulldust, from all accounts his family wants him to stay.
  7. I find threads like these irritating. I feel like they just give people who don't go in the gameday thread a chance to say how good they are for not doing it and to say how stupid/negative all of us who do post in there are. I go in the gameday thread pretty regularly and comment mainly on passages of play that I thought were good, every now and then a little over the top. Let it go.
  8. I post in there often and have never posted anything stupid.
  9. Anything goes in the gameday thread. It's like a mosh pit at a rock concert, you might get shoved over but you don't hold it against the shover. The gameday thread shouldn't be taken too seriously.
  10. And a bloody good one too.

I think I may have claimed a member ticket at the time, will have to check. I'm not going so if this is the case I will advertise here.
  12. Such a bummer that one. Hope he's back sooner rather than later.
  13. Sounds like it if that knock in training is serious.

I've never heard so many DLers planning to attend other games. Don't get me wrong it's great, just different.
  15. Remember 'knuckle-puck time' in Mighty Ducks?
  16. Power hungry defence.
  17. Stunning work! Wheel O Ratings does a similar thing with centre bounce attendance % but this is kind of cool to see the sequence of things.
  18. You make good points, I'd still like to have a fit and firing Brown in as there could be some fruit yet to come from our ball movement with him playing but we do need as much defensive pressure as we can get.
  19. When Nibbler goals from a set shot it always looks like perfect technique. I honestly think the majority of his misses come from fatigue and running all over the country side all day.
  20. I know we could have taken advantage of more games like this year with a few more rotations but why is it seen like a bad thing? I can see it now if we’d have been beaten comments like “You don’t flirt with form” all over the place. While it would have been a luxury to rest some guys I don’t think this is where we lost it last year. We lost it by keeping guys in for non performances and refusing to go to the depth and reward someone for effort. Rushing guys back from injury probably didn’t help either.

Thank you for this because I only saw the back on Sun.
  22. Above 65% is a pretty safe marker.
  23. Hopefully just a hip pointer stinger whatever thingy for Lever.
  24. Are they the same thing though? May was for one game while most of the others were running on fumes weeks out from the finals. Either way it puts you behind the 8 ball.
