  1. He's like a fine motorcycle.
  2. Totally agree, think English is very deserving of it this year and has taken his game to another level.
  3. Exactly. Plenty of movement and making defenders accountable.
  4. It was such an end of show closing click bait bit. Love how they don't mention the other free kick of having to go down to Geelong every single year.
  5. Wow, we had a lot of fun didn't we? We laughed, we cried. It's the end of the night and this one is for the road. I'd like to give a shout out to Nugget's Music Videos thread, the original random music thread that taught me everything I know about pasting rando youtube clips on DL. In the meantime, you don't have to go home but you can't stay here:
  6. What a day, what a fightback. Richmond are no slouches and in good form but we showed them who is boss. Time for the old dusty trail. Have a good week Landers!
  7. You're going home in the back.......
  8. On The Round So Far they talked about the 'fixturing free kick' that has Melbourne doubling up against either West Coast, North or Hawthorn equal most. You really gotta love it how mid year these same people said we had the second hardest run home..
  9. What has changed in the way we play. I don't believe our defence is playing as well as they could but I can't help but think these high scores we are conceding are partially by design. Are we pressing higher up the ground? Are we playing faster and 'embracing' the imperfections more? A month ago I wouldn't have fancied Melbourne in a shootout but now we seem like a team that doesn't care how many points the oppo scores as long as we score more!
  10. Thought Tommo would have liked that game back.
  11. I'd like to see a few less ruck minutes this week for Max.
  12. I think the Saints are the worst 5th placed team after Rd 20 there has ever been.
  13. I'd just give them one of these.
  14. Continuity is underrated.
  15. Soldo aint a bad flopper himself!
  16. Absolutely sensational stuff. Love watching this guy play!
  17. 6. Petty with 6. Also 7 marks inside 50, we don't win the game without him for mine. 5. Gawn - 22 contested possesions for a ruckman with 9 in the last quarter is absolutely insane. 4. Viney - That man is made of granite. 32 possessions, 9 tackles, 7 clearances. This is the best patch of his career. 3. Trac - Possibly a few misses away from being higher. The master of the score involvement with 13. 2. Lever - 9 Intercept possessions, tough day for the backline but he was great. 1. Melksham - Played his role to absolute perfection and dobbed some beauties. Apologies Brayshaw, Rivers, Langdon.
  18. I said during the game that we probably needed to turn it into a scores from clearance game to win and 76 points from clearances says it all. They stood up when it counted.
