  1. Real heartbreak for Jake if it is over this year after missing last time, just felt he was going to make a mark on this finals series. Just don't want to do it without him right now.
  2. We have but when they happen, bang!
  3. So sick of long term injuries. 1 is too many
  4. I was thinking ACL initially. Could be MCL, could be meniscus, who the heck knows but those would need time out out. It would be a miracle if the scan came back with nothing. It reminds me a lot of the Lever one in his first year with us.
  5. Thought Laurie was outstanding. Much more confidence this week
  6. 6. Petracca 5. Viney 4. Fritsch 3. May 2. Brayshaw 1. ANB McVee awesome.
  7. Really hope Carlton get polled in this game. Roughousing central
  8. Laurie played the best 28 min game I've seen
  9. Hope we win
  10. If you need a job done where the sleeves need rolling up, call the Melbourne Football Club.
  11. This thread is still open? Think its a sign that we should all go nuts.
  12. When was the last time we beat Sydney twice in a row?
  13. This is true, I take it all back.
  14. It's created all kinds of headaches that's for sure. I'll be struggling to get out of work early on the Thurs whereas Fri no problem at all. As mentioned in post game I believe this game will be the biggest shaper of the finals series and whoever wins it has just taken the Queen in the Premiership Chess game. Real shame it it's Thurs..
  15. The battle of the fittest teams coming up?
  16. Yeah but gee the injuries! The stress, the cotton wool we didn't get to use!
  17. It's a win that just makes you 'feel'. That's all I can really say. Finally we see what it really means to wear the jumper.
  18. Garry Lyon reckons one of our most impressive wins of the season, not far off I reckon. Wish it was just little more bruise free!
  19. The belief, the will to win. Most teams would have stuck the cue in the rack. Not us. 2 years on from the famous night in Geelong too, it's in the blood.
  20. Hats off to all involved. What a footy club
  21. Even if Melks is ok it would be a 4 week injury most likely
  22. I'll have some of that!
  23. Yeah how about that
  24. Don't let Bayley do any unnecessary walking on that ankle this week.
  25. I don't think that we should take that comeback lightly. Swans were hot in the 3rd, we had a lot of stuff going on and we're playing some of the worst footy for a while. Enter the 4th and we rolled up the sleeves and got to work like a great unit does and got the job done. When they say a champion team beats a team of champions, this is a champion team. I couldn't be prouder of the Melbourne Football Club right now. I always loved this club with everything I had but this is just a great time to be watching this club. Thanks Dees!
