I work for ABC TV and actually logged all the Highlights for the Swan Districts South Freo Game last Thursday. I watched it Closely as i realised Natanui was Playing. He is a GREAT Tap Ruckmen-Trully Looks like a Spider onthe Ground-Tall Skinny. He has Talent but looks to me to be very Raw-And would need to bulk up A LOT. before he could impose Himself on the AFL-That Being My First Impression. Personally I would be looking at Jack Watts as we so badly need a CHF to work with Miller. But Natanui is sure an interesting proposition.

I have just got home from the game. I watched it till the end. I just feel sad. That was Humiliating. Ime cold & wet. Inside & Out. We deserve to be Laughed at, & treated Poorly by the AFL right now. I am sick of excuses. 4 Years ago Geelong was on a par with Melbourne. Now Look at the Chasm of Difference. This club has so much work to ddo over the next 6-7 Months. Incredible to think we have been Paying 100% of our salary cap All Players should be put on Base Incentive Contracts. Earn Money with Hard Work. We do not deserve the MCG as our Ground Right Now. Cam Bruce Has actually played each game this year in extreme pain (shin Splints) He wants to play to keep teaching the young kids. Thus i feel he would make a very good capt for another year or so. Macca is also a fine example to the young-All Australian rep he is no slouch

Like essendon last week, we the MFC will match Geelong for a period of time. The question of "for How long" will determine how close we get. We have some great Talent in this new team, but they have a lot to learn about continuous Mental strength. Norm Smith knew about that stuff 50 years ago. I got a feeling Bailey does too. Watch the game in small segments, its what i did last week. Proved to me that we will have a good team-In 2008 the scoreboard is irrelevant.

A Shaw would never play with passion or flare at Melbourne. I Saw Ray Shaw Spit at Robert Flower one Saturday. I was ready to jump the fence!!
