Have the Tiges still got Pick 9? If so, supreme tanking.

Never seen nightmare used as a verb.
-
Surely that's a positive.

We'll just have to agree to disagree, or beg to differ, or agree to differ, or differ to misagreeance. I'm not going to get into a debate about semantics on the internet. The following are the best three players from the match report of each match in which Moloney did not poll votes in 2011. Round 2: Tapscott, Sylvia, Grimes Round 6: Jamar, Garland, Watts. Round 8: Martin, Sylvia, Frawley. Round 9: Gyzberts, Evans, Watts. Round 10: Rivers, Frawley, McDonald Round 11: Gyzberts, McKenzie, Rivers. Round 12: Sylvia, McDonald, Scully (Who?). Round 13: Martin, Watts, Green. Round 15: McKenzie, Petterd, Trengove. Round 18: Martin, Green, Howe. Round 19: McKenzie, Howe, Dunn. Round 20: Watts, Trengove, Dunn. Round 21: Frawley, McDonald, Howe. Round 22: Sylvia, Jones, Moloney (finally - but with the year in junk time).

This thread is about Moloney. I would have responded in kind had it been about, say, Davey, Bruce, Green, Yze, Travis, White or any of the other myriad Demons over recent years who have failed to cut the mustard in tough games against top sides. Put yourself in the boots of the MFC footy department. Moloney has been a good clubman, but what does he offer going forward? He's 29 - is he going to get better? Can he play Neeld's gameplan? Is he asking more than Melbourne is offering? Etc?
-
Don't know how he goes, but since the Wolves have been on the bottom of the ladder, and forfeited games in 2011, he is probably not dominating.
-
And now the Wiz plays works in the Pilbara and plays for the mighty Wickham Wolves. Hats off.

Great news! I have always loved ole Beamer.

Leigh Matthews does not exist.

POLL: Watts v Naitanui ... Did we get it right or wrong?
Tony Tea replied to Range Rover's topic in Melbourne Demons
Even when Naitanui plays an ordinary game, the AFL still manages to spruik his magnificent awesomeness. May as well hand over the MVP and Brownlow right now. If we band together we will somehow overcome this madness. -
Say. No. More.
-
I wonder if the rest of the competition agonises over the same question, since just about everyone else passed too.
-
My pleasure. My point is that Moloney is a flat track bully. He got 19 Brownlow votes in 2011 with the breakdown as follows: Swans 2 Lions 3 Suns 1 Crows 3 Tiges 3 Port 3 Suns 1 Port 3 Where did those teams finish? Swans 7 Lions 15 Suns 17 Crows 14 Tiges 12 Port 16 Suns 17 Port 16 FTB. QED.
-
Utter rubbish.
-
Against poor sides, yes. Against good sides, rarely. FTB.
-
Oh, come on. Walls, the key spokesman for the Sacked Coaches Union, has done nothing more than put 1 and 1 together and come up with his usual version of 2. Robvious Walls.
-
Why would Port want Beamer?
-
Phew! 2012 is not all bad after all.

What I tweeted immediately after the non-fifty:

Airfix or Tamiya?
-
He must have met the Key Selection Criteria, and ticked the right boxes vis-a-vis the Melbourne Football Club and Bentleigh Club managerial architecture.

What if Twisties were made of Lego?

Ironically, before the game Tony Shaw said Frawley had had a "shocker this year" with which I vehemently disagreed. Then this evening Frawley played the worst game of his career, an absolute shocker.
-
Woey getting two votes in round 22 despite having an ordinary game. Ha. Robbed Scott West of a Brownlow. That was payback for Chris Grant getting an undeserved three votes on Neitz at the MCG in 1997.
