  1. are state sponsored games in tassie, alice springs, darwin etc at risk. the states (sponsors) involved only pay on the understanding of increased visitors and tourism dollars. Without those benefits they may not cough up and those games would revert to traditional home games,
  2. anyone know if all games on fta
  3. i wouldn't blame jesus christ this time, maybe jack watts or neeldy
  4. afl waiting for 6pm tv news
  5. i think this should be left to later when things settle down and we see the big picture and what the afl is doing to support the clubs. there will no doubt be a big reorganisation (financially) of the whole afl and this will probably be a good thing i think it would be a bad look now to promote funding for a professional sport when we know a lot of businesses will go to the wall and possibly millions will be unemployed and many families really really struggling so, just put it on the back burner for the time being and revisit it at a better time
  6. lotsa replays hopefully

  15. well some obviously will. but what % becomes significant? I suspect only a small percentage would be enough to stop season even if season does start it won't last for long anyway

  21. often goes unnoticed, but i should note jones is also an excellent kick on his non-preferred side. this obviously has many advantages besides just the kick. the only knock on his kicking is the excessive big bomb kick, which is really a decision making problem than a kicking problem. nathan buckley had the same problem and to an extent so does dangerfield
  22. you do work very hard on your negativity and mfcss, skuit. i got to concede that.
  23. time for a change of name from demonland to coronaland precisely hardtack, it is just as natural as the existence of homo sapiens
  24. players now get fatigued (frequently, and it does impact skills). regardless of the interchange (small or large) players will get fatigued. coaches (and players) will ensure this. a small interchange will force coaches to minimise the two way running as it won't be feasible for a full game. this will increase the chance that forwards and defenders are more likely to stay closer to "home" and less players are close to the ball thus reducing congestion. skills wont be impacted, in fact they may improve especially among the fwds/backs
  25. official health department guidelines on how infectious is cv. this sounds like complete bulltish to me............comments Close contact A close contact is someone who has been face to face for at least 15 minutes, or been in the same closed space for at least 2 hours, as someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19 when that person was infectious.
