How anyone can blame any of our forwards for the last two weeks is beyond me. And a guy who spent ten minutes of the last quarter in the middle when the team was down by 120 points already has still played forward.

This thread simply describes players who have lost confidence. When it is rediscovered, the players you remember will return.

We won a few in the first team but there were not many of them. It's really disapointing. It's like we're too reactionary at stoppages. Even if we get the thing we can't move it forward with any purpose.

I want to see us take the game by the scruff of the neck in the first 10-15 mins and get a few goals on the board. I voted for Tapscott. There were a few games towards the end of last year where you could really start to see why the FD see him as a half forward type. Strong, good overhead, smart with the footy and very courageous. Now with a bigger fitness base, less injury concerns and more talent around him in the forward line, I can really see him taking a big step this year...

Wow, those stats are pretty surprising! The one most important is obviously the fact Nic Nat is about a year ahead of Jack in age and games played. So if we compare Jack at the end of this year to Nic Nat at the end of last, that will be a fairer comparison...

Yeah I have a hunch tmac and trenners won't play. Obviously fitness will be the main factor here, but those guys can be covered. Dawes, Clark and Blease, less so, due to the unique attributes they bring to the side.
