NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Been trying to remember, does 1st play on the Friday or Saturday traditionally in the first week of finals?

NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Looking for the dogs to lose and us win. Rather play Brissie first week then dogs. Port we can beat as they struggle against well structured defensive sides. could be a couple of upsets this weekend, reckon Freo could pull off an unlikely victory. Last rou no with lots on stake for lots of teams.

Interstate memberships
Perth and we have a family interstate membership with 6 people on it (2 adults, 3 kids & a dog :) ). Basically we pay for 1 free ticket for a game in Perth and the rest goes to the club.

Max Gawn and Chris Connolly on The Front Bar
It was a strange decision at the time. Missing out on the coaching role to be given the FB role. Would have been better in a mentor role. His mistake was talking in the language of not winning within meetings. I can handle the perceived benefits of tanking in picks, but it destroyed what winning culture we had for a long time in the playing group (Plus other management issues of the time). Something I don't think Carlton has still recovered from.

A HUGE disadvantage for The Dees not playing at the G with a crowd !
The Dee's have shown they can win without the crowd support and at venues where they are the minority like last week. If the finals are in Perth, it will be more people wanting to watch finals live and they may support the Dee's over the other side due to our history (Except against WC). Lets see how the next two weeks pan out.

NON MFC: Rd 22 2021
In theory most games look straight forward, but who knows with this season. Gone GWS tonight in an upset (even with Green out) as I'm sitting third in the tipping at work and 1 behind 2nd. Think GWS have more incentive to do well and tigers haven't been good against good opposition lately. Saints maybe but who could trust them. Same with blues...

VDB/CHUNK
I like Vanders and his story of making it back is great. But his game was below what we wanted. But is that also occurring with no ressie's comp to condition a player for the 1st's. Mus be hard playing nothing and then stepping.

GAMEDAY: Rd 21 v West Coast
Its really patchy /light at the moment around the city, but as storm is expected sometime this evening. Wind most likely more of an issue.

GAMEDAY: Rd 20 v Gold Coast Part 1
Yep they can close the roof as there is no crowd.

GAMEDAY: Rd 20 v Gold Coast Part 1
If the game is tomorrow they wound't play until the following Monday to meet the 7 day requirement. The eagles won't want to stay in Melbourne unless directed by the AFL as that is how it is going to go. Personally I'd like to go to a live game next week, but a win is more important and we're a stronger chance at home. Hopefully they are up and moving around on the plan in rotation :)

TICKETING: Rd 21 vs West Coast
Hey fellow WA members Has anyone heard from the club about ticketing for next week? I haven't received anything, is this because of covid or did I somehow miss a email (Not checked twice) or an sms etc?

NON MFC: Rd 20 2021
What annoys me more is I picked the saints in the tipping! More flaky than us

POSTGAME: Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs
Same number of scoring shots, and that doesn't count the out on the full shots. We had our chances and we matched in most areas for most of the game, dominated on other patches. But we need to convert consistently. Simply there kicked better than us.

Dees vs Bulldogs This Week
The season has shown the dogs struggle against good defensive sides. They don’t seem to have fixed it given recent results. The questions are: 1: will we turn up focussed to play at our best? 2: Will the dogs adjust their game plan towards us similar to what the hawks did? The first point we have a great record against top sides. The second point is more of the worry and unknown. Though this late they’ll maybe make some minor adjustments, but they’ll back their system and personnel. makes tipping really hard when your leading by 1…

Dees vs Bulldogs This Week
I second that... prefer a live game and take out the PF, we have been playing well in Perth.

Dees vs Bulldogs This Week
Settles the question about that top spot, takes that pressure off (Personally don't care if we finish 1st or 2nd, just one of them) . Gives us more time to fix structural problems with the team. We also come with the right mindset for sides, plus the came won't be after a possible trip to Darwin.

Dees vs Bulldogs This Week
Actually rather play them now than in a few weeks.
