Hate that club
-
In his new statement he apologises then goes on to let everyone know he has been diagnosed with ADHD as if that's a reason why he acts like a DH
-
All these night games are good for TV exposure but personally i don't enjoy attending them, mainly due to the late finishes/getting home afterwards and no good to take my kids all under 12. Oh also the flashing lights and booming noise after each goal is horrible when your sitting in the stands

Could Josh Frydenberg be the new AFL CEO?
Bates Mate replied to La Dee-vina Comedia's topic in Melbourne Demons
I'm not going to get too political on this forum but you'd hardly say the loose spending and debt levels he left indicate he would be a good fit for the running of any business let alone the AFL.- 57 replies

He looks panicked with ball in hand this year

Why the secrecy it's a muscle injury

Judging from the telecast last night id say there where more Essendon fans there or at best 50/50. Saints fans don't turn up . Was Spuds game, team are in the eight and played under a roof against a big Victorian club there would have been expected to beat.

So North effectively get a home game every week. That's totally a great idea. Imagine when the tide turns and they become a decent side utterly rediculous

Out: Gawn, Turner,M.brown In : Weid,May,Rivers.

Summed it up perfectly. I caught her interview with Kate Rothey on the radio before QB game. She tried to trip her up with " tough" questions on the leaked texts and May incident. Kate swatted her questions away like flies. It was embarrassing for Caro

Also a chance for us to not rely on kick long to Max every kick in and when we move the ball slowly. It's a great luxury to have this option but feel we do it too often. Also a good chance to be less predictable in the centre bounce.

My MFCSS has me thinking he'll miss a month then they discover it hadn't healed and need surgery after all and miss another min 4 weeks

Who's our best kick for goal outside 50
Bates Mate replied to deelusions from afar's topic in Melbourne Demons
Yep my first thought . -
I agree, we are playing it way too "safe" in all aspects from kick ins, to ball movement around the ground,to forward entries. It's actually the way we are instructed to play. Don't forget late in the 3rd QTR of the GF our boy's where told to slow it down after getting back into the game with a bit of dare and dash. Thankfully clarry and trac took it upon themselves to go full throttle. Unfortunately we are 85% safe most of the game we need a bit more dare and dash back.
-
[censored] fans have history of going the best players in the comp. Gary Ablett jnr used to cop it . Clarry is approaching that tier
-
Anb's inability to convert set shots is an issue
-
Yep. And what's even more frustrating is we still persist with the same kick long to Max on kick ins every single time and kick long to a contest or opposition player in the pocket when going forward 80% of the time. We are really getting to predictable in these areas of the game .
-
It's obvious from level 4 of the ponsford we are just not moving. We get the ball and the team is stagnant. No one leading into space. M.brown non existent
-
Agree, Thursday night is absolute a no go zone for majority of families and many who work Friday. I live 7km from the city drove in Saturday and still got home at 11pm
-
Mcg website saying we won't know where GA seating is until Sunday. Surely they could work it out before then. I'll be there but these kinds of things don't help attendences.

It's in his interest to keep the story going, he gets worse and worse every year with his self righteousness

Yep grubs the majority of them. Not satisfied until they know every detail of what was said, where did the punch land, did May order a medium or rare Scotch fillet? Can only imagine the $$ on offer to the restaurant to release the CCTV.
-
Agree. He is a great leader and person and should never have to have been put into a position to front the media on this topic. That should sting may and Melksham as much as anything
-
Not sure what part you think is missing. They where drinking, a verbal turned to physical end of story. Feel for the other punters in the restaurant no one should have to be around that behaviour when eating out. Seriously thuggish behaviour all around by adults who should know better. Melksham has small kids at home and here he is drinking and punching a teammate on a Sunday night.

Wouldn't be too impressed that they self reported, they were at a public place it would have gotten back to the club and they would've known that
