Having natural talent is more valuable than simply putting in a lot of effort. I too wish Fritta would put in better efforts but we need to keep playing skilled footballers. He is very talanted when on song.

Jack Billings is 29. he has played 175 games of AFL. He wont learn how to kick a goal at this stage of his career. I dont understand why he is expected to alter his proven B game now. Its a bit like bullying to play him forward of centre.

Bowey and Billings have had their chance. Too many turnovers and not enough playing on. If you are going to hold up play when taking a mark, instead of finding an option, you cant then miss a target/goal. Too hesitant.

I really love the passion Tmac engenders! He is one of my all time favourite demons of the modern age. I cant believe foresee he would be trying to run down Charlie Cameron (queue John Denver) but his abilityto plug(!) holes makes him a crucial part of 2025. Curnow Walsh and Newman are either still injured or have had very little pre-season due to recovery. I'd say Carlton are off to a slow start this year. We have, fingers crossed about Max and Trac, our best 28 ready to go. We should be 1st tier, I hope.
