We won't win two more games for the season. So three picks in the top 20 is pretty much a lock. If only we had lost to the Bulldogs last year. Picks 1,2, 17 Can any supporter come up to me and say they would have rather us beat the Dogs in 07?

His performance on Corey Jones in the first quarter was nothing short of abysmal. Unfortunately he improved in the 2nd half and will probably keep his sport.

I love the big man. After the Brisbane Lions game with the crowd going nuts he took the boys into the middle of the G and spoke to them. Of course we don't know what was said but I imagine he would have been saying "this is what it is about, and this is how much pride you have to display in the jumper every time u go out".

Has a coach in his first year ever had such debarkle follow him? The axing of 2 CEO's, the formation of a new board and question marks over Melbourne's sustainibillity in Victoria. Add to this the retirement of his captain as well as a unbalanced list that is mixed with either really young kids or really old driftwood and nothing really in between, saying he has had it tough is an understatement.

I'm not discrediting Morton. In fact if you look through my previous posts i continually defend him against his baggers. But the mere fact is he is a project player and if he was at any other club bar West Coast they would have the luxury of developing him in the VFL. Yes he might come in for a game or two to get a taste of the big time, but he would not be playing as many games as he has at the Demons. Is this a bad thing? Probaby not in the long run, yet at the beginning its going to attract alot of wankers thinking that he can't play the game.

It's no secret Davey has been extremely dissapointing over the last two years.

Cale Morton if drafted to anyone of these clubs wouldn't have played a game. Adelaide Brisbane Lions Geelong North Melbourne Western Bulldogs Hawthorn Sydney Richmond Port Adelaide St Kilda Collingwood If drafted to these clubs he would have played less than 5 games Carlton Bombers Fremantle If drafted to these clubs he would have been rushed into getting a game due to the fact that that particular club has such a poor list. Melbourne West Coast Cale will take time. For those question his disposal, well I don't seem to remember many ppl questioning it when he first made his debut. In fact in those 100 point losses to the Dogs and the Hawks that was one of the highlights. The kid will be fine.

I wouldn't expect anything less from Frawley. The kid is in his 2nd year of AFL now should be easily beating 18 year olds who are yet to be drafted.

This kid could really be the find of the draft. When you heard these stories about late devloping footballers they usually end up being a bust but with Colin I think we've already seen enough to suggest that we have a future AA player on our hand.
