it’s funny, I didn’t notice him use “we” when referring to Geelong but I certainly noticed the “we” and “our” and “us” when talking about MFC. As with Paul, this is instantly endearing, although I pulled Paul up about an interview he did wherein he said “… we won the premiership in 2021…” I told him, “You’ve been with us for five minutes and you’re claiming our premiership as yours?!” 😅 This morning’s interview with Kingy is a great listen and instils much confidence. I love the way he answers questions; he’s a straight talker and doesn’t baulk at any question. He said “Chomping at the bit” instead of “Champing at the bit” but I’ll forgive him for this 😝

How refreshing it is to see someone actually entertaining the possibility that Tracc never even said such a thing. Makes a nice change from the majority on here who are ready to hang him based on something Tom Morris wrote. Mind you, Morris didn’t say that Tracc said we’re pushing him out, Morris said that Tracc feels we’re pushing him out. How he knows how Tracc feels about anything is a mystery, to me anyways.

Where in the article you quoted (above) does it say Tracc likes the term Brand Petracca? Coz all I’m seeing is yet another media person using that term (despite Tracc hating it) because he’s/she’s free to bandy it about.

Not sure if he attends games but he keeps abreast of how we’re travelling. He says next year will be better because the changes that needed to be made were made. He spoke very highly of Goody.

Liv and Fitzy definitely the best dribblers. Blaithin not too shabby either. Radar not so much 😅 She had everyone laughing at her comments just before kicking, stuff like “everyone cover your head, this could go anywhere!” And even warning the girls on the other side of the ground to watch out for wayward balls. But she never gave up, she practiced for ages. The goal kicking coach (idk his name) is absolutely awesome. He gives clear instructions and shows the girls how to correct/tweak their technique etc. He has a group of five or six at a time and doesn’t miss watching a single shot from any of them. Blaithin said likely not this Friday but she’ll know tonight. Grace B also said she’s maybe another week away. Molly also said she’ll know tonight if she’s playing, although she trained fully with the main group. Perhaps they’re being super cautious with her 🤷‍♀️ Thanks for pointing out our CEO’s HUGE mistake. I shall have a stern word with him on Friday 😁
