I humbly stand corrected, but still insist that he MFC should use the Monte Carlo method and direct-sampling to assess Jack's many-body quantum problem. Please discuss.

Yep, this concerns me. But not to the extent that either should stay or go. I took a pot at posters this year who were increasingly relying on the argument that the footy dept. knows best. However, it seems now that Goodwin is covering for his insecurities concerning a failed year. Jones is a horrible leader on and off the field. Macca, who has been at the forefront of our development in young players including Oliver, is a divisive character who destroyed another club. Mahoney is a big-mouth who needs media-training, and PJ, who has almost single-handedly turned our club around through astute management, must of course be oblivious or then negligent in not stepping in. And together they know squat about Jack Watts. Because there's no way the Golden Boy could possibly be to blame for the situation he finds himself in.

I cringe when I read that Jack might end up at Port or Collingwood. Not because I can't stand the thought of him wearing other colours, but that I genuinely fear for his public safety from their supporters the first time he shirks a contest. And never mind Geelong's supporters, Chris Scott would tear poor Jack apart.

First I've seen of him. Nice mover with good awareness and composure. Pass and present - think it might work with our game-style. Especially perhaps if he can find some sync with Oliver on the outside - he doesn't strike as super-fast but has a couple steps of acceleration and can find the space. But what position would we have him slated for? Super-pleased if he comes for a sub-50 pick. And what's with all the basketballers?
