I understand the holding players over for the main event but this has killed Caseys season. All because of poor scheduling by the AFL. Still an AFL flag will get me over my disappointment real fast.

Would love the final series to go to club member only and both MCC and AFL member drop to Cat 2 or 3. And of course the only one against the idea would be MCC and AFL members.

No it doesn't it would just become a condition of AFL membership.

Hibberd was about to get another year and Brown has one to run. unless the club changes its mind on Hibbo and Brown wants to retire they will both still be there. Can't see Dunstan or Melksham going on now but Melksham was also about to get another year before Sunday.

There was a rule that a player returning from injury could play as long as the senior team was playing or still involved in finals.

If I remember correctly the Kings Birthday game sold out but took four days to do so. But I remember a lot of empty seats and they were in bunches like they had not been sold.

My wife is a country member and had no bar code on her account. In the past she was allowed to get final tickets. I'm a reserve seat member and received the email and sms from the club. Strange because she got the bar code for the Kings birthday game.

I'm also amazed that the AFLs $35 GA ticket cost $43. Going to sell this idea to coles and woolies.

I went on Ticketek at 3:20 and clicked best available and standing room only was offered. That was for one ticket only. So a big big crowd.
