That can be a bit misleading. We shouldn't compare raw numbers but rather capacity %. 40,000 at Marvel is great. 42,000 at the G is not great.

That may be right, however all (or almost all) the reserved seat areas are sold out. I am in the redlegs level 2 and for all the 3 games I have attended this year, not once I have seen that level full capacity. I Think maybe 60 to 70 % at best. Yesterday it looked more like 45 - 50 % capacity (funny enough my wife and I were the only ones in the row we have our seats on).

Yep, I have missed only the GWS game. I will miss multiple games (around 3) later in the season because I am going overseas, but will try to watch them live on Kayo.

But we can't always blame the opposition supporters or expect them to come to our home games. We now have 60k members, did they pay for an empty seat?

What do we make of another lackluster crowd last night? I still can't fathom a reason for more than 60% to be absent to our home games. In a season (second in a row) in which we should be basking in the success and drive of this team, it is definitely sad to see the MCG half empty.

It'll be close race no doubt, hopefully Clarry is aware of this and is a man possessed for the next 10 or so games. In any case, touching wood, Clayton's career seems to be injury free so should have better stats in the end.

How can we be contempt when most of our 60,000 members go MIA?. We should expect at least 30,000 to rock up every week. Plus the non members and all the opposition supporters. Today was a good opportunity to have 55 or 60k. There was at least 20,000 Hawks supporters at the game.

Can someone explain to me when are they gonna get rid of all these H&S stuff? Surely with player triple or even 4th jabbed and most of them already caught the disease it's just around the corner. I worry multiple games missed, like the flu this disease can present again throughout the year.

Well Richmond is fast becoming the number one foe after last night. I have read ludicrous comments from their mob. They may be primed for multiple flags because their defence stopped us😂😂😂. Entitled as it comes, just like Essendon or Carlton. In time all those clubs will have to respect us after we dominated the next 5 years 😎
