Jack Viney's blind kicks forward do my head in. I get he gets it under pressure in a contest situation but ffs have some poise. Kozzy's disposal under pressure is so much more creative.

I missed both of our last two games due to family commitments. Sorry about that folks. I'll watch tonight and I'm sure all will be right with the world as we pick up another honourable loss just like in R1.

Goodwin once upon a time wouldn't play Fritsch as a forward even though we were screaming for it. Now we can't get him to get Fritsch out of the forward line even though he isn't even Coldstream seconds level at the moment.

The dark days were caused by offloading our leaders. We haven't done that (yet). Lose Petracca, Oliver, Pickett, and we will go back to those days.

Imagine Northey and Stynes relocating from whatever pleasant afterlife they're surely currently experiencing, solely to haunt Waverley Park should we buy it.

Now run that same study for sides that win a premiership with the replacement coach… We're not out here to be the median team you know.

This is why I haven't had real issues with Goodwin the latter parts of last year culminating in Sunday. We have no excuses not to beat the Roos, but the manner in which we lost is the telling thing. Our losses seem to fall into two camps since mid last year: 1. Noble defeats (that we could win if our mindset was right) 2. Smashings (that show we've dropped our heads) Both are attitude-based, and that ultimately springs from the coach. I don't think Goodwin has the capacity to truly motivate our group, and that means he has to go.

I'm surprisingly liking them…I have had about six though.

No idea how he has managed to worm his way into all the cushy TV gigs he has got. Famous name + premierships probably gets the job done, though it shouldn't.

Wow Geelong are bad if this is their real level. The Way St Kilda just cut through them leading to that Higgins goal was VFL level.

Every time the Cats look to be putting in a dodgy performance, I love to say the phrase: "The Days of Domination are over!!!" in my best Tim Lane voice. Oldies will get it.

And if the Collingwood player's head had been hurt, it would be a suspension to the dogs player. That has to stop happening.

I'm so sick of players going to ground sliding in or getting their heads taken off by players who are man enough to stay on their feet.

How that's not a fifty to cox with the lunacy that gets paid fifty is a sure indicator that the AFL is cooked.

I think it's probably a good thing for the Doggies to play a few games without having to rely on Bontempelli to carry them on his back.

That was a hell of a handball from Pendlebury.

I reckon when we were at our peak he was a key part of our handball chains through the midfield and wings that ripped the game open offensively. But he dropped off and had to go unfortunately.

If Liberatore gets suspended for Pendlebury burying his head into his hip, I'll be so annoyed. Players need to show duty of care to themselves above all, and suspending players every time their opponents dangerously go to ground is not ever going to fix the problem of head high contact.

I think we need May in our backline because we're cooked when it hits the deck back there and he's better than McDonald at actually marking the pill.
