Jack Watts signs for three years (21/7/16)

I have been a big Watts fan ever since he started, A very very nice young man as well, the type if your daughter came home with him you would be very sure he would look after her! That from me is a big accolade! In this world of over the top Footballers who are full of themselves he has a good moral compass I believe! And, ah also, he can play a bit! -
Making way - The list enigma going forward

I predict some more wholesale changes! And some very aggresive trades IMV In the gun DAWES TERLICH TRENGOVE MICHIE NEWTON One of either DUNN and or GARLAND JKH -
Very Funny indeed and yeah, I also spilt my coffee chuckling as well! PF
-
Yeah happy with your logic, but still beleive the attacking flair can be too much of a risk against those sides that will swoop on our fundamental errors! I still stand by my pionts, however, that T Mac is too lose in a man on man scenario! And of course we know about his decision making and execution problems!
-
Gee I wish I was still playing, I would kick swags of goals every week due to this "Zoning" !! But alas I always got the best defender to play on with the specific direction, Shut PF Down and you were half way to winning the game! As mentioned previously, Reiwoldt will think all his birthdays have come at once if he gets the free ranging, zone rebounding T Mac ! that being the case.

Lurve ya posts Hemmingway!! the literary conduit that forms bond with sharp and incisive dialogue rests well with "Picket Fence"

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MITCHELL WHITE
picket fence replied to The Red Fox's topic in Melbourne Demons
I posted this several years ago and I think I was and still am "On the money" And as also previously said Mitch White is indeed a quality perosn!! By the way Jimmy Who?? Where is that guy now?? -
Not for one minute not saying he didn't play well, He did play very very well, but please, some here need to take the blinkers of!
-
Are you serious??
-
Freo allowed him to play that type of non accountable free flowing footy he loves! End of story! Reiwoldt must be salivating this week!
-
You forgot two other big controversies worthy of mention!
-
It is interesting, that, My original comments are seen by some of "Putting the Cue on the rack" I can assure you all that I meant no such thing! YES for more wins, YES to a pinch hit at the eight if we are good enough! and YES to "Blooding" Hullett , Weeds and persisting with Clarry Choo Choo!
-
After looking at last nights game I think the time is now approaching where with the final rounds upon us the opportunity to "Blood" new players is ideal. I personally wouldn't play Dawes, Trengove,Pedo or Bugg again unless injuries take hold. I would seriously look at keeping Clarry Chho Choo, White, Stretch and Hunt in for the rest of the year and play Weeds, Hullett and one or two others to see what they have got! A three game run for the big blokes might reveal some options and give us a head start to next season.Time to be bold and daring in selection. The promise of reward is potentially high!
-
O Mac for Wagner ( if Fit) Clarry Choo Choo for Harmes If we wish to blood a Hullet or Weeds you might also consider dropping any who were cooked or struggle to get up! Stretch stays for Pace, Grimes moved well and played his role, Garlett likely to cause havock next week and Kennedys grut still needed! Whie was very creative and yes made a blue or two but a continued run to decide his status next year is required!
-
Hnmm some wisdom there Fawlty!! Can agree to summation! But you do need depth, I think he deserves another go, particularly considering the improvemnts as noted!
-
Agree ! IMO has some X factor left footer, reads play well, loves going forward, courageous, pace and can kick a goal! Will be intereresting to watch!!
-
He has improved ! A keeper! for mine!
