No Serious Damage for Gawn
Take it to the bank, Gawn to have an artificial ankle relocation pioneering surgery, ( first of its type in the world) as used by NASA in the 6 Million dollar mans rebuild and will long outlive his body and continue to work still in the year 3099

Come Whatever MAY
Absolutely correct, the club continues to fall, hurdle after hurdle after hurdle! Its about time we got some real serious, hard nosed leadership , similar to what May offered and has done for the past 2 weeks. Yes he turned up unfit, yep he had a drink but, sheeit the guy can play and its exactly what this club needs RIGHT NOW. Nice guys finish last and after a zillion years ( 55 odd years) in the wilderness time to get a lot of mongrel! May for Captain next year, Lever VC Max DVC Nathan Jones gets one more year at best and Viney just concentrates on footy. And buy the way Law unto themselves types just happen to win games and take no prisoners. Ronald Dale, Lethal, Selwood, et al

Well a light in the black today was Steven May LEADER...... I SAY AGAIN LEADER LOVED the masterful way he took a developing Sam Frost to account for an errant punch and love his Generalship! Jones can play next year. Viney same BUT MAY is the no no nonsense leader we haven't had since Ronald Dale Apologies Rob If this club is fair dinkum then need to make this change! MAY FOR CAPT!

Yeah but Geelong are progressive and take chances with Recruits, we worry about the car they drive and if they wear a Tie!!

Casey Demons v Box Hill Hawks - Round 13
This story seems to be a bit hard to swallow, but being a sparrow, Hope he hasn"t bitten of more than he can chew?

Ariek Lual
This guy might be alright but LEFAU is the real chance. Saw him a month or so ago and was very impressed! Reminded me of a young Michael O Loughlin the way he moves. Would love to see him on the list next year!

Casey Demons v Box Hill Hawks - Round 13
On a day which should have suited Spargo 13 possessions is not a great return! I would have thought!

Casey Demons v Box Hill Hawks - Round 13
I was actually surprised he was dropped a few weeks ago I thought him serviceable. Keep for another year, possibly at Stretch's expense!
-
Casey Demons v Box Hill Hawks - Round 13
Stretch is very much at the crossroads and I would not rule out him being elsewhere next year!

Oscar McDonald
Taken out of context, I meant to say wouldn't be back in the ones this year.! Prefer to play others and see whats on offer! Not out of the club. He is contracted !

Oscar McDonald
No he wont, for the many reasons already stated on this site!!
- What to do with Nathan Jones

WHY ?? Midfield rotations policy
Thanks for some perspective. Would still like clarry at around 85 ish!!

WHY ?? Midfield rotations policy
So why did Clayton Oliver, Only spend 74% of game time on the ground? Still played an excellent game. Compare Nat Fyffe 94% I remember thinking Clarry seemed to be off for longish periods of time. Can't be fitness! I hope the rotations are keeping our best on for longer periods rather than shorter. I can remember him pacing the boundary line in the 3rd Quarter desperate to get back on the ground. Just also Gus 71% Viney 81% Recon we should be up to 90+ % with ourn mids, If Fyffe can do it why not Clarry??

Jeffy
Was at the "New Member" function yesterday, Please no pack drill Why, who etc! Anyway special Guests were Jeffy G and Dunks. Both spoke impressively and well. In fact Jeffy Garlett came across as a very honest, shy, gentleman His arm was in a sling and seeing surgeon tommorrow is the word and will almost certainly need surgery, same shoulder he cooked in the pre season He was happy to have photos taken, sign anything put in front of him and have words to supporters. I don't reckon he is done yet and I hope he stays around for another year AT LEAST I do believe he CAN get back to something near his best and reality is he can kick goals he has in fact kicked 312 of them over 178 games I hope MFC keep him around as I feel he still has plenty to offer Nice Guy Jeffy oh and by the way the gourmet sangas, hot savouries, spicy burger sliders and garlic chicken balls were sensational Well done MFC
