Seems no one’s stopped to consider the possibility that the Brayshaw family didn’t want Maynard targeted physically, and expressed as much to the Club. No, I’ve not heard this from anyone. I just tried to imagine how Gussy’s mum might be feeling and I think that were I in her position I wouldn’t want my son’s teammates to physically hurt the POS because he’s already living rent-free in everyone’s head and this just prolongs the whole sordid ordeal. Maybe I’m so far off the mark it’s not funny. But maybe I’m not. 🤷‍♀️

Luker looks a readymade player. He’s got the quintessential AFL build. More importantly than just having the ideal body, he isn’t afraid to use it. I reckon his height won’t matter so much because of this sorely-needed quality. Very broad shoulders also bodes well in terms of the right growth in the right places. Also, attitude… ✅

Our next Beyond Bank Family Series Open Training has been scheduled. DATE: Monday the 1st of July, 2024 TIME: 11am to 1pm LOCATION: Gosch’s Paddock This is during school holidays. There’ll be plenty of fun activities for little Demons: face painting, inflatable handball targets, partner giveaways, player selfies/autographs. And it wouldn’t be a family open training session without a Demon Army BBQ where you can indulge in a snag in bread (with or without onions), soft drink or water, and you can top it off with a delicious homemade cupcake. PUT IT IN YOUR CALENDAR! Preemptive request: there are plenty of threads in which to vent one’s anger. Please don’t sully this one. ❤️💙

I actually do keep a baseball bat by my front door and a cricket bat by my bed. My son thinks it’s hilarious that I provide weapons for home invaders so as they don’t have to byo. Also, are duffle coats even still a thing??!

The immensity of their filthy club and still they don’t look after their cheer squad… It’s their home game yet they don’t have all of M33. They gave us an allocation for M3 and the MFC bought out the rest of the bay. We get an entire bay, they don’t. First win for the day 😂
