I was at that concert too! And I saw them in 2005, 2007 and 2008. AND I attended the world premiere of their movie, Heima (here in Melbourne coz that’s how awesome they are) followed by a Q and A during which I got to ask a question!!!! I was supposed to go tonight but, ya know, the Dees. Even if we’d lost tonight I don’t regret blowing off the concert. But that’s moot now since WE BLOODY WON!!!! ❤️💙❤️💙❤️💙

I did. I had a giant Fritta head until halfway through the first quarter his mum came and sat next to me and we all know you’re giving her the giant “Bayles” head to wave or you’re toast. 🤣 I then had the “Deadly” banner in the indigenous colours which was soooo fitting at the end. KOZZIE KOZZIE KOZZIE OI OI OI !!!

I just got home and so did my 17yo son from his first ever concert (Sigur Rós… not too shabby for your first concert) and right now we’re both full of adrenaline and talking over the top of each, LOUDLY. There’s enough energy in this room to power an entire suburb for a week! 🤣

The banana is included since I do care about living ‘til the end of the match. 😁 JK. I actually share these around with my comrades. Especially for a double-header like today. I’m a (sugar) loading believer. So if you notice a spike in our energy levels around the beginning of the second quarter tonight you’ll know why. You’re welcome! PS: hey @The heart beats true! We could fill our squadders with nothing but pure sugar for a week and have em all hooked up to a liquid sugar drip and they’d still be s**t-house, amirite?! Someone should start a thread about it!
