PODCAST: Opening Round vs Sydney
Apologies as I haven’t read all the replies. But for me, we can’t afford to have/carry/play, Chandler, Laurie, Spargo (I’ll give Billings a pass barely played) all in the same team. I was amazed to see Spargo playing given he has been injured most of the last month. All 3 of these players are too much the same, no real pace, don’t get enough of it and can easily be exposed. Last one for me, gee Schache is a a disgrace. After seeing a little in the pre season. This guy is a typical list clogger. If he wasn’t tall he would have never been drafted. I can see why they didn’t use him in that semi final now. He is as soft as pensioners fart. Having said all that I bet Goodwin plays him again against the dogs.

PODCAST: Practice Match vs Carlton
Been very critical of Schache. I thought that was his best competitive performance for the club so far, competed, took his chances rucked ok. Didn't see Olivers VFL appearance, did he only play in the midfield? What was his rotating position?, if he comes in, what amount of time do you think he would play in the middle if he does against Sydney.

If you’re pinning your hopes on Tmac playing in our backline. This is going to be a horrible year.

Dees Could Become ‘One of the Worst One-Hit Wonders’
I can. A one hit wonder would be the Bulldogs. Won a GF in 2016 and haven’t made top 4 since.

Matthew Lloyd Worried About the Dees in 2024
This playing group needs abit of the “Phucemol” approach. Because we sure as hell Know the tongue up the rectum from the media didn’t help us! Strap in Demonlanders! It’s going to be a rough and wild ride this year! Let’s see how many of those extra 30k members stick around when it gets tough!

If you think the umpire was bad last Friday. You wait until you see some of the howlers GWS are going to cop!

PODCAST: SF vs Carlton
Well done on the pod this year lads. The club needs to ask for an official PLEASE EXPLAIN in regards to ANB’s goal being called touched. That was an absolute F%#KING DISGRACE! I want @binman off the long run for 5 mins of umpire bashing, in fact just make the entire pod an umpire bashing Binman Megamix, I need it after having to sit through that garbage. We could have 46 umpires and it would change the fact they’re F’ing useless!! I will never watch the replay of Friday’s [censored] show again. I can’t do it. My mail is that Grundy has been sooking it up at the club and that’s why we refuse to pick, internally the club would be furious he is looking for a trade mid finals and our last big F’you to him was having no one go up in the ruck at times. If this woke ignorant cry baby wants to go Sydney I would be sending him there with an early 2nd maybe a late 1st and demanding one of their Key Fwds, Logan, Amarti or McLean (who I think would suit us perfectly).

Max Gawn on the Howie Games podcast
Part A was meh. Part B was quality. Gee I find Howie hard to listen to, puts too much Mayo on his reactions and just sounds fake. Found it interesting Gawns take the different era’s and how he took time to find the right balance.

PREGAME: SF vs Carlton
If this club has any back bone and wants to be respected by the greater football public. We win Friday night. We come out, we take the game by the scruff of the neck and F’ing and win. Otherwise you can guarantee, everyone including the media will put an asterisk (not me) on our 21 flag. Label us pretenders and say we can’t get it done in front of real crowds with big pressure. My changes would be. OUT Gus, Roo, Laurie, Chandler IN JJ, Grundy, Spargo, Woey (as sub)

My 3 word player analysis V Collingwood
Our fwds don’t move. They stand there like ruckman asking for it to be bombed in.

PREGAME: SF vs Carlton
This is how I see it. OUT Chandler Brayshaw JVR Laurie IN Spargo JJ Grundy Woewodin FB- Hibberd May Bowey HB- McVee Lever Rivers C- Hunter Viney Langdon HF- Sparrow Fritsch ANB FF- Pickett Smith Tmac R- Gawn Oliver Petracca INT-JJ Salem Spargo Grundy Sub Woewodin Chandler albeit playing the high half forward role doesn’t have enough impact for mine. We know that at least Spargo when he has it will make the right decision and hit a target and always finds a goal or two. JJ is only other option to come in for Brayshaw. Laurie gives us absolutely nothing, too small, doesn’t find the ball enough, I’d rather a kid that can come into the game with some pace if needed. Unfortunately Grundy is the only viable option left for us. His attitude stinks in regards to playing forward but I challenge anyone to pick Schache and go into this elimination final with confidence. That being said it wouldn’t surprise me.
