Death Riding Fremantle 2023 - Feathered Cap Edition
Kick_It_To_Pickett replied to adonski's topic in Melbourne Demons
Geeez, the Unicorn has had a stinker 🦄 -
Free kick bulldogs is back and just like that they have a 16 pt lead. The unrealistic attempt one was rubbish. Then the hood on Bont is paid and the one on the Freo ruck ignored..they are that looked after

Liam Henry looks very good today. We still into him? Wouldn’t mind him in red and blue next year

Death Riding Fremantle 2023 - Feathered Cap Edition

I hate the Dogs way more than Freo. For me, has nothing to do with top 4 or draft picks -
You really have a few issues. This is the second time you’ve blown up over a reply. The post was very relevant, regardless of what you say. Are you this angry when making the banners?

How is tht paid 50 to Collingwood and two identical ones to Adelaide are brought back
-
Ok…that’s cool..but the comment I made remains relevant yeh? Why are you always so offended WCW? It wasn’t even a comment directed at you? Relax man

This panned out well

The major turning point in the match was the Fritsch chase down tackle that was paid as a sling/dangerous tackle. We looked to be away at goal Ann’s they kick one off the back of that free and the riot started. I haven’t had a second look at it, but first glance said it was a good tackle.

Besides the occasional flash of brilliance, what in earth has happened to Kozzy Pickett since he signed his contract? No defensive pressure, looks completely lost and never gets front and centre . remains a dangerous commodity, but boy oh boy he looks lazy and only interested if a freakish goal is on offer.
-
Yeah he is gone for that. Has to be
-
Pretty sure Tony Liberatore admitted to Carlton tanking in an interview too - was never investigated. We were an easy target. He was an assistant coach at the time
-
Any vision
-
I’d like to tip my hat to Adam Tomlinson. I thought he was very good today. Well done.
-
Walking in it feels like we are outnumbered 10-1.

There is vision of Nick Daicos training today on Collingwood’s social media platforms. Where are these rumours about illness coming from

CASEY: Rd 12 vs Collingwood VFL
Kick_It_To_Pickett replied to KC from Casey's topic in Melbourne Demons
It’s been reported on. He is listed as injured. In his latest Instagram post he is wearing a bandage on his knee. It’s the midpoint of the season and he has played a couple of senior games. But yeah, I just made the whole thing up. Not like he had this dodgy knee for a while or anything -

Brown is officially cooked. Apparently his knee is flaring again. Such a shame. A second KPF has to be our priority in the draft/trade period -
Port Adelaide are becoming a very hateable team. So many cocky tools running around. Hinkley carrying on like a pork chop. Dixon a massive fake hard man. Hope they fall over in September

How was that not a free against Willy Rioli

Daisy Pearce calls time on a stellar career

Not sure why Harmes is being brought into this, but agree..he is dusted and shouldn’t play again -
De-Gone-ey
-
Harmes maybe, if you are taking the Viney dangerous tackle, no way! Threw him on his back and it was no worse than Cerra’s. But knowing the MRO, will probably be cited

That’s a good take. I sat next to an older gentlemen in what would be the old smoker’s stand on the weekend. I was lamenting our mistakes. He turned to me, and politely remarked “if you are expecting perfection, you haven’t been following Melbourne long enough” - it put things into perspective. He proceeded to tell me how he’d seen a host of premierships, before having to wait 57 years for another. We are a good side, but even good sides have ups and downs. Look at the Cats right now. I think the GF win being played away from the MCG makes us all restless. We’d all love a repeat of 21 in front of our fans. That yearning is leading to irrational responses from fans atm. We are in the top 4 at present. The run home is fabourable. We now have finals experience. We may just do it a different way, which is what Richmond and Hawthorn did. Many media pundits still rate us highly. They can see we are not far off and if it all clicks, we are a machine that’s hard to stop. Let it unfold
