  1. I totally agree, I can't stand Melksham and he wouldn't be listed if I picked the side. But I have come to terms with him being goodies love child, so just gotta hope he has a bad enough game to get dropped without loosing us a game. But I do believe players should get 3 games to prove if they deserve their spot or not, so that's why I say he is on notice.
  2. In - May and Fritsch Out - Brown and Petty Only 2 changes of they are both fit, I would bring in Weid for Melksham as well, but the weather forecast will suit our current fwd set up. Weid and B.Brown I think will struggle in the wet and definitely struggle with locking it in. Melksham on notice, has to bring pressure this week and lock it in, in the wet.
  3. Hey all, I have been lucky enough to grab some AFL membership tickets for the game on sat. Which means my membership ticket is free, level one in the Great Southern Stand. Want a Dees fan to have it, So if anyone would like it please let me know. No charge, just expect you to barrack loudly! Cheers
  4. Jay Clark reporting that Oliver has re-signed. No idea of the details but this is huge news for us and a big statement to the team! I was a bit worried he was going to get offered a truck load and move on.
  5. From us, Gawn, Petracca and Kossie Langdon should be but will be a Treloar/Mcrae type on the wing because the AA selectors have no balls to pick people based on positions.
  6. Out - Melksham, May In - Sparrow, Petty Lockhart the new sub. Possibly rotate Jordan if he needs a rest, but he is 20 and has done 3 pre-seasons so I assume he is up to it.
  7. C. Bruce L. Jurrah D. Neitz A. Dave J. White
  8. Melksham'swhole career has been that, good for a couple missing for a couple, il be happy if he is just a depth player from now on. Jake has been pretty solid for a while now, Tomlinson taking they key fwd and allowing Jake to take the third tall and work off him for intercept marks has helped alot. Looking forward to Ben Brown in this side, with the space and leading lanes opened up with this new game style I think he will be a key to deep success.
  9. Can't believe I'm going to say this, but no change. Hunt's brain fades drive me insane and put my TV in seriouse danger, but the fact he kept Butler too 8 disposals and had no influence forward of centre has to be rewarded. Melksham doesn't offer us anything we don't already have, purely a backup player. Except Goody loves him so will come in at some stage.
  10. [censored] Yea!!!!! Always good to knock off a side that rate themselves way too much. Ugly footy at times and bad in front of goal, but went three goals down and came back as well as holding off a couple of Saints charges. Have grown as a group, in past years were out of the contest by 3/4 time.
  11. Hunt, Sparrow out Hibbard, Viney in
  12. Totally agree, once they have debut! 100% great for Jones, but would be poor if we used the rule just to sub him off. Only way it works is if the coaches use it properly, which is why it will probs only be in for 1year
  13. I was able to share with a mate via SMS. No problems at all. But who knows maybe I just got lucky, I did it at like 5pm so maybe not as much traffic
  14. You can also access them if you log onto you ticketek account
  15. Pretty sure it is happening, just make sure it's always a young kid like Bowie or Rosman haha. Not Jones!!
  16. Have finished it. Really shows how good a coach Dimma is and how good a system Richmond have, which really pains me to say. They get the players to believe and buy in. Also impressed with Dew and how he gets on the young guys level. That bike ride was outstanding leadership! Though Cameron and Nicks both came across poorly, and as average coaches, hard on Nick's I know but at points he was saying to the players "I don't know" which looked bad. Great to get an insight to 2020 Corona Ball. Especially at the end of your club speeches where the coaches half break down when thanking family and friends. Shows how tough it was on everyone involved. All in all I really enjoyed it!
  17. How many subs were injured when it was in? I would suggest the sub would be on the bike and doing drills at the breaks to be physically ready if needed. I dont agree with it coming in, but can't see how any side is disadvantaged by it.
  18. Very different circumstances. Recon the players might hate less rotations when they lose someone too.
  19. Don't disagree, just saying having a sub isn't a disadvantage due to them sitting on the bench. If it is coaches won't put them on field
  20. Then don't play them. It's a teams choice
  21. Did you watch the game? Clearances were double in favour of the dogs. Win a Clearance and get the ball into our fwd line and see how much more we score!
  22. Thank god someone said it
  23. With any luck Melky is done, is goodies love child though. I think Kossie and Spargo for me with a resting mid, and Chandler/Jordan on the bench for rotations.
  24. If pickett is fit he plays, don't think I've seen many first year small fwds play the type of footy he did last yr. Is a freakish talent and should be in our B22. But he has been away from the group for a bit, if that means he needs a week or 2 in the VFL to get his touch or fitness well so be it. But is our best small fwd by a long way and only in his 2nd year. As for the others, let's make sure they are right before throwing them in, especially midfielders as we have a plethora of them, so rotate and give those that are injured the correct rehab.
  25. Very very good get, success has followed him everywhere he has been. Great backboard for goody and apparently is on of the best at getting talent out of individuals especially in young kids. Not his role but hope he still has a bit to do with the playing group!
