The New Home Base & Training Ground Thread
I’ve come around to Waverley (pretty quickly 😂) but only if Guerra was telling the truth regarding Caulfield yesterday on radio. Not overly fussed if 3-5 years becomes 5-7, just want the deal done and announced sooner rather than later. I’m confident the money can be raised and as long as all the ego’s can agree it feels like a win win is eminently possible at Caulfield. The fact Waverley only has one oval is largely mitigated by our access at Casey. Remember Casey also has a carpet like oval and gym facilities so to say we now don’t have elite training digs is pretty disingenuous.

I'm hoping it's the opposite. Caulfield is looking good so we're prepared to move to an interim location.

I maintain that if Caulfield falls over then heads should roll. Guerra again talked the talk today.....

It was Gold, now that's good footy entertainment, something you can laugh at and participate in.

Melbourne Membership Day on Radio (10.3.26)
Watson isn’t the sharpest TOOL in the shed and the SEN shed doesn’t have lot of cutting ability. Ask it once Timmy but then when it’s answered STFU and move on.

PREGAME: Rd 01 vs St. Kilda
I'd be picking Melksham if he's fit or close enough to fit.

The New Rules?
It’s an under 12’s rule and has no place in the game.

Farewell Clayton Oliver
- Farewell Christian Petracca
Petracca may have been let down by the club but he was just as happy to let down his teammates. Oliver has been letting down his entire club for 3 plus years. I’ll be booing both of them with great gusto because that’s what I do to players who leave my team. As for McVee, he’s not worthy of a boo, more just a hiss.- Bailey Humphrey
Certainly not saying you're wrong but what do the Hawks have to offer GC?- Bailey Humphrey
Sometimes I really don’t like footy.- Bailey Humphrey
It’d take a miracle- Bailey Humphrey
- KOZZY A DEMON FOR LIFE!!!
Melbourne the city has become a fairly difficult place to live in. Traffic, housing, cost, crime, constant construction. I’ve no doubt that’s double for a guy like Koz. We’re lucky he stayed and he’ll earn every cent of that contract. If he does stay and we can reach the top again I’ve little doubt he’ll play a very significant part.- Farewell James Harmes
Lochie Hunter was another tool- Bailey Humphrey
Petracca might have the rewards but he ain’t that player anymore. I’ll watch with interest this year. I reckon we were more than well paid for him.- Bailey Humphrey
Berry? It was a stretch at Adam’s.- Farewell Clayton Oliver
Let’s call it for what it is The blokes a tool who was once at the elite level of his chosen sport because so many people gave their time to support him.- Steven King meet & greet
I asked him and it’s definitely Fridge. Mind you, like me, he’s into your more gourmet sauces.- The New Home Base & Training Ground Thread
Any idea how Caulfield is progressing Dannyz? Or if the club feel like giving an update?- Bailey Humphrey
I wouldn't be writing off Petty, the kid can play. Play him in as May's replacement and don't shift him.- Steven King meet & greet
Fridge 100%- Bailey Humphrey
At a minimum Humphrey will cost our 2 first rounders and some steak knives and a mega contract. Personally I’d pay it as not only do we get a Tracc clone but he can hit a target…..absolutely invaluable. If we can play some good football at the back end of this season(or better still all season) then Humphrey rocks up we’re also putting up the sign that we’re back in business. Throw Caulfield in and we could just about pretend the rest of the world and its affairs aren’t even happening!- 2026 Injury List
Has the club released any definitive report regarding Kentfield's knee injury? - Farewell Christian Petracca
