  1. Grundy will play finals
  2. Grundy will play 2-3 weeks in the VFL. He’ll then be given a chance to see if he can play forward in the AFL. I have little doubt the club originally thought Gawn would play predominantly forward. They now know he’s way to valuable in the ruck so it’s been put on Grundy. Grundy’s coasted a bit this year for mine. I think this puts the pressure back on him. I think he’ll take it and become a key component of our flag this year. Imagine the roar when he kicks a goal in the GF to put us further in front of Port. It’s going to be awesome
  3. That’d really spruce the list up nicely heh Big Fella, big fella, big fella, big fella!!
  4. I too enjoy your posts
  5. His knee appears to be holding up. He’s surprised me. The question now is what are we going to do with Grundy? Does he play ahead of JVR?
  6. I don’t want to play Brisbane in the finals
  7. There's absolutely no reason a guy with his ability can't become an effective 50% game time forward. If he can kick 1-2 goals a week and free up space for our smalls then lets roll.
  8. That’s goal of the year for mine. He willed that through, no fluke kick or boundary ace just simply guts and will. Best goal I’ve ever seen.
  9. We also lost 5-10,000 to the Matilda’s
  10. No other top 4 club has a Viney, Petracca, Oliver or a Gawn. They are the aces we hold over the other contenders. That's 4 Aces, someone is going to need to be dealt a serious hand to knock us off from here.
  11. Bloody oath he did Brodes, now go and learn to kick 2 goals and be involved in 5 more and you’re good to go
  12. I think Grundy is good enough to be a useful forward 50%, ruck 30%, bench 20%
  13. No that’s plenty, thought you were referring to the Collingwood cheer squad
  14. Does anyone have the inside word on Oliver’s injury?
  15. If Port came knocking and offered us Georgiades and some steak knives who knows. You never say never
  16. Well after we smash the Pies in a QF who will be our Prelim opponent?
  17. Where are these dangerous areas?
  18. He’s also fantastic insurance if Max goes down. He’s a bloody good ruckman with great follow up. Not amazing overhead but can bring it to ground.
  19. Apologies to my son who I told not to swear whilst I continued to swear throughout the game. He even stuck up for me when a Bris fan had a crack before the almighty comeback
  20. Sounds like he couldn’t of done much more than that
  21. Hardened in the fires of disappointment
  22. He took 10 marks, 5 contested, slotted the winner and another in the final quarter. I'll see your sub and raise you a certain starter for the rest of the year.
  23. Add Attack mode to Viney's Beast mode and voila!
  24. Jack Viney’s goal is the perfect example of why he’s first picked every week. He ripped that ball out of McInerney’s grasp like a Lion taking food from a Hyena. He then slots it on his non preferred. In 53 years of watching football I’ve never seen anything like it. He’s a beast and I love him for that. I can’t believe I ever criticised him. That was the most fun I’ve had at the footy in years. I was up and about, loud and proud and just sensed a comeback. Anyway now for Adelaide.
  25. It gets their name on the clubs list. They then pound you with membership details for the rest of your life.
