How many wins for finals?
We’ll win 16 games, possibly 18 Wins Freo GWS Geelong Hawks North Swans Carlton Adelaide Collingwood Essendon Giants Port Hawks GC West Coast Adelaide Geelong I’ve listed 17 and I reckon we’ll roll the Doggies once We’ll finish third and go on to win the Premiership

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MAJAK DAW
If TMac keeps playing like he did on the weekend he’ll keep playing seniors and be paid according to what is negotiated. He’s a quality player and person. The weekends form puts him in front of Mitch Brown, Petty, Weideman and Ben Brown, all of whom have shown less than 2018 McDonald. As for Daw, he’s a below all of them and will be extremely lucky to ever get a game in the ones.

Clayton Oliver Contract negotiations
It’d be a tragedy if he left give him and Petracca the opportunity to play finals again and watch them tear it apart. To talk him down is simply ridiculous. It’s like the numpties calling for us to trade Jackson because he’s no good
-
Luke Jackson's last quarter
You play him as first ruck and he becomes a midfielder after that. You have no clue
-
Casey Demons vs Northern Bullants
I’d love to see Petty tried forward at Casey for the next few weeks. He’s too good to remain at Casey

Tackling Down
We’re virtually at the point where last team to touch it is penalised. The boundary throw in is going the way of the dinosaur I like Max and as long as he’s not in ridiculous money I’m happy enough to keep him. I just don’t think we get all that much from him the way the game is going. He needs to run deep forward and kick goals and run deep back and save them. That’s where I see his benefit
-
Clayton Oliver Contract negotiations
He’ll sign for 2 years
-
Tackling Down
I’d take a class outside mid and a high pick any day

CHANGES: Rd 02 vs St. Kilda
Shoosh Jackson will play Chandler won’t Jetta will play as he destroyed his opponent and reads the play better than anyone. Baker ?♂️ Daw is a spud, surely you know that
-
Tackling Down
I called to trade Max 2 years ago and was condemned. Rucks aren’t important and nor is first clearance. Just ask Richmond. He needs to adjust his game and be able to play deep forward and deep back. Let Jackson run around with the ball as another mid

Clayton Oliver Contract negotiations
Pert suggested we’d get 27k in an interview

Why we beat St.Kilda
Whilst I agree Membrey is a key to the Saints I’m confident we have the defence to nullify him. We just need to match them on the outside and the games ours
-
Why we beat St.Kilda
Is that a joke? membrey is the least of our concerns

Luke Jackson's last quarter
You’re an I d i o t

Why we beat St.Kilda
As most of you have already soiled yourselves over next week I thought I’d let you know why we’ll win. 1. Our back 6 will own their forward 6 2. With Viney back our midfield can comfortably match theirs 3. With TMac finding form and if Jackson can continue his Q4 form with Spargo and Kozzie running around our forward line can kick a winning score. 4. Gawn and the mids will work better together 5. Petracca 6. Oliver 7. May and Lever enjoy your week
-
Who is our midfield leader?
Viney

CHANGES: Rd 02 vs St. Kilda
A great way to keep playing badly is to keep making multiple changes for guys with little or no preseason
-
CHANGES: Rd 02 vs St. Kilda
2 changes after a win is plenty
-
POSTGAME: Rd 01 vs Fremantle
They made a lot less mistakes than the players and had no bearing on the outcome, thus it was fine

POSTGAME: Rd 01 vs Fremantle
The umpiring was fine

Round 1 Crowd
There’s reasons 9,000 odd folk stayed away 1. Covid, older crew won’t risk public exposure. Most of them likely have friends in aged care and we know what a [censored] that’s been 2. Booking tickets. People have got used to no impediments in their way. The extra call no doubt made people think twice. 3. Game against the Dogs made people not bother for fear of watching us lose 4. A no win game. If we lose it’s a disaster if we win, well so we should have. 5. Weather, lots of people chose other activities on this gorgeous day. Its no disaster or a surprise that it was a poor crowd, I’d guess crowds will be down for quite awhile.
