Nothing wrong with our ball movement when we played the Lions in Rd 23. Perhaps the pies are better kicks but i don't think we have a fatal flaw in this regard. Coached properly i reckon we can tweak our game plan to be more adventurous and daring

Selwood, Hawkins and Dangerflog may skew the age profile but irrespective they have been 3 outstanding players for Geelong. Their replacements will not be of the same calibre. Smith as well has had a brilliant career. These players will leave a big hole when they're gone

Past trades are not relevant. We should make a decision based on the merits of this potential trade. I think Grundy can play an important role for us but the price needs to be right. Uncle Colin didn't acknowledge the Queen's passing last Friday after his welcome to country. No one else seemed to notice (or didn't comment anyways) but i did. And why would he. The Crown means oppression and colonisation. Dispossession. I'm an Irish republican so I get it. We had 800 years of it. At the same time i acknowledge the significance of the Crown as an institution and what it means to British people and monarchists. I don't want to disrespect that. Tradition is important in every culture. There are 2 points of view. both equally valid. I think we should respect each others position. And leave it at that.
