Good game so far. both teams bringing the heat
-
Prefer the tiges win this one. helps keep Freo below us
-
If we're going to raid the Giants, Toby Greene please. He can be the exception to our no DH rule Not interested in anyone else on their list. They all put in when it suits them whereas Toby Greene is consistently brilliant
-
Great to see Petty back in the side. I hope we can keep a settled defence for the rest of the season. Tough on tommo. did nothing wrong last week Clarry is a beast. Watch out bulldogs Melks plays game 202. He keeps proving me wrong. Good for him

people get very emotional and one-eyed around here sometimes. he's an employee. he's been offered (purportedly) a ridiculous amount of money to move elsewhere. It's a short career so i can't blame him for taking that offer. I reckon 95% of DL posters would do the same if they were in Luke's position. He could still help us to win another flag so let's make sure we get the best from him for the rest of the season. At season's end we'll get the best deal for the club we can and move on ( i reckon it'll be a top 10 pick and next years future first)

Dermie. Lol I don’t think her voice is high-pitched at all. Not sure why people think it is She’s the best female commentator/analyst by a country mile. Abbey Holmes and Bec Goddard not bad. The female talent falls away pretty sharply after that
-
Confirmed by goody. Clarry will play Clarry's back: Ball-magnet Melbourne Demon Clayton Oliver to return, coach confident on Jake Lever (afl.com.au)
-
I don't want the Swans to finish top 4. They play the G very well and will have no fear of playing us or anyone else there. I hope they chit the bed in an elim final like they did last year
-
Plenty of ability but doesn't have the temperament or professionalism to fully realise his undoubted talent. Partying in Bali during the bye shows where his priorities lie. Plus, he seems to be a [censored]. Big no from me That said culturally we should be able to accommodate and get the best out of wayward characters. Not too many all at once though. Perhaps a quota of one. And if I did have to pick one undesirable to include in the squad it would be Toby Greene. How much better would our forward set-up look with him playing there. He’d be hard work keeping him on the straight and narrow (off-field and on) but I reckon he’d be worth it. He is signed up with the Giants but who knows when he’ll commit his next indiscretion and perhaps become available
-
He was excellent against the Tiges on the weekend. Good hands and kicks accurately. I'm sure we'd find a spot for him. He could bring Larkey with him as well
-
Stengle has been a good pick up as well Danger, Selwood, Smith. Great players but too many miles on the clock. I just can't see them holding up under finals intensity
-
Baffles me why people think Geelong are a contender. They’ve tweaked the game plan and are playing well granted but they are a year older again. Watch them wilt come finals time. I really hope we get to play them and knock them out of finals again.

A weights accident! Thats bizarre. Terrible news. She's a big loss. I love her dash and dare. Defensive stocks getting tested with Colvin and now Eliza going down.
-
I'm glad Bedford has been given a run of games. Showed some really good signs v the Lions but unfortunately hasn't been able to build on that performance. I think he goes out of the side and can have no complaints The call seems to be stick with the extra small or bring the Weid back in. I reckon we should give Chandler a run and see how he goes. I just don't have faith the Weid can deliver

Bold prediction (not really) Geelong to win their remaining H&A games and go out of finals in straight sets
-
No doubt Fritta is a great forward but too often he takes the wrong option He didn't have an easy shot, if i recall at a 45 degree angle. Kicked it out on the full. He had a team mate in acres of space in front of goal. The percentage option was to kick it to him. Not a smart play. Coaches need to work with him and hopefully he'll assess the options better in future. I'm not convinced it's pure selfishness but it doesn't look good and needs to be addressed

Adem has been great for us and it helped he was a Dees legend to start with But people moving on provides an opportunity for renewal and fresh ideas. That’s never a bad thing. Same with players. Disappointing to lose the likes of Dogga but it gives us a chance to bring in new talent. Pert has put together a fantastic coaching team. He’ll find a first rate replacement for Adem I’m sure
-
A difficult run home for sure but you know what they say, when the going gets tough the tough get going Big games all the way starting with the doggies. 2 blockbuster games at the G v the pies and Carlton. Huge rd 23 game at the Gabba to finish the H&A season before embarking on our finals campaign A great couple of months of footy ahead of us. I can't wait

I’m worried about Salem. Has been very out of sorts since returning from injury. He had Brown on a lead just before half time and missed him by a mile. Hitting the man on the mark. When playing well his disposal is exemplary but he’s way off it at the moment. Is he still carrying an injury and perhaps needs some time at Casey to find his touch again? Hard to argue that he’s bringing more than what Hunt or Rivers could. Maybe I’m being too hard on him but he’s playing so far below his best
-
They are playing at their optimum. we are not. If we can hit peak form in September we will beat them. I've no doubt about that
-
Geelong aren't as good as us. Our best beats them easy - see 2021 PF
-
Are you new to Demonland 😁
-
6. Kossie 5. Trac 4. Jordon 3. Brown 2. Nibbler 1 Tommo
-
Don't go near the North job Adem. They're a complete basket case
-
Kossie Pickett is a star. Magnificient performance today We laboured for large parts but got the W. That's all that counts Hopefully we can build on this and our form improves Go Dees
