  1. I thought Nibbler would be more for Powell Pepper while he recovers.
  2. It was definitely good to see some freedom from the team. We still don’t punish enough teams from turnover, so we need to play more like this to learn and master the running patterns required in forward transition. Scoring from stoppage which has been the backbone of our game plan is just too hard to do all the time. Sure it looks epic when it’s on, but teams counter this with the +1 or +2 at stoppage. This year showed that when we are a little bit off or unmanned, we are nowhere near it. Heres hoping we do adopt a bit more of an offensive game plan next year.
  3. I usually see a like on all club and other player instagram posts. There is absolutely nothing wrong with continuing that. However it seems like he’s on a social media blackout. So can’t read much into it.
  4. That is becoming more evident the longer this goes on.
  5. They’d be stupid as hell to do it as they need every one of those picks to turnover their average list.
  6. Me neither. But unlike Doggas situation, we hold all the cards so I’m not that stressed about it. Worst case is he goes and we will get 2-3 really good picks that will help us for 10+ years vs the 3-4 good years he has got left.
  7. The top 4 this year are all playing average football and are completely gettable. I’d go as far as saying if pies make it, they’d almost be favourites.
  8. Houston. 1 x 2nd rounder now 😂
  9. The playing group have a big say in captain selection and leadership group. This will say a lot about the impact of his actions on the playing group.
  10. Does this mean we barrack for the Blues? I reckon there best chance is against the Eagles. Saints will beat them with this list. Frro are 50/50 against Port, which will be aiming 2nd spot and a home final.
  11. Well you can’t seem to get over me either. Salivating at the chance to troll me after every post. I know I do some good work on here but sheesh it doesn’t justify a hard tag. You do know what they say about taggers though right?
  12. The perennial chockers. That is the Lions done.
  13. 😂 I do my best just for you champ. Get over yourself.
  14. Ashcroft just phenomenal. How depressing is it that the Lions have their next a-grade midfield for the next 10 years while staying in the top 4 and contending.
  15. If Trac does stay, he’d want to have a stellar season in 2025.
  16. Quite the opposite actually. Although love coming on here and watching some of you lot get your knickers in a knot over anonymous words written on a members forum. Says more about you I think. PS I’m really Tom Morris.
  17. A distraction he himself created.
  18. Love this dig at the media.
  19. Hmmm. Didn’t seem to apply when he flew up to Noosa did it.
  20. Because it goes both ways, if I get injured I’m getting nothing. 1 game is not jacking up your value, but it can certainly put a quick end to all talks.
  21. Is May in the leadership group though?
  22. Did you watch the game? If you are leaving, you are not playing like that.
  23. Gawn spoke wonderfully yet again. Great captain and leader. To me today was a performance of united group, no fractures. Can’t say how I feel about Trac though. Can’t see him with the team in the rooms. Oliver is there, Spargs is there. Where are you Trac?
  24. Vines called Trent Rivers Jared. Too funny.
