Rivers has genuine A grade potential...but I think it's mainly through the midfield where he can fully utilise his physical traits. His short kicking in defence still scares the life out of me. McVee the biggest surprise. Poise, speed, class. Is there a world where he plays in the midfield? He's got everything we're missing. Chandler an excellent 6-8 weeks before going MIA. JVR, as advertised.

Moving on Brayshaw will never happen due to the "Optiks" given he signed a long term extension last season but it is absolutely the right move. Guy has only ever had truly great seasons in contract years. Get what you can for him cause in 12 or 24 months time you're gonna have to pay a team to take him.

Everyone keen on bringing in more talent, but no one ever wants to see our fringe players get dropped. Odd!
