  1. Is this the year to try to accumulate multiple picks between 20-30 odd? Chase the would be bolters that aren't actually bolters as there wasn't enough footy played, if that makes sense.
  2. My sources have confirmed this.
  3. Ah yes Kent & Frost, the missing pieces

No Merrett or Finlay Macrae? Clear oversight!
  5. Witho had a limited tenure in the fantasy side a couple years ago, so I tried to take notice of him whenever the Lion's played. I must admit he never stood out to me, most of his possessions were junk uncontested ones in the backline, and his touches didn't damage either. He just floats around looking for uncontested marks but didn't even work overly hard to get those. I thought of him as a very poor mans version of Jake Lloyd.

  7. He’s a diehard Dogs fan in case this is a serious question.
  8. Ah yeah, carry on....a package deal for the McDonald bro's should have given it away.
  9. Cheers, which article?
  10. Bloke looks like he attempts to mark with tentacles half the time so it's not a bad description
  11. Bump...
  12. Ratugolea is a squid of the highest proportions
  13. Laird will be untouchable as he will be a full time midfielder next year - especially with Crouch probably departing the club.
  14. I don’t think Pies fans rate his kicking. I think it may be a similar case to Langdon where because they kick within their limitations or often long down the line the stats are a bit warped, if that makes any sense.
  15. Too much Bullen, not enough Neal(e). Hope we get a pick lower than 50 for him.
  16. Preuss & 23 for Geelong’s pick ?
  17. One mock draft I've seen has him 9th, another 12th for what it's worth.
  18. MELBOURNE The most intriguing part of their trade moves could centre around Ben Brown and Tom McDonald. Melbourne are desperate for a consistent, true key forward to support Sam Weideman and Bailey Fritsch and they look set to part ways with McDonald if they get the right deal for him. His defensive capabilities could appeal to the Roos. Also of note is Jared Polec, with the Dees crying out for another genuine winger to support Ed Langdon. Expect both clubs to have some crossover this trade period. Jack Viney‘s future continues to hang in the balance, with both Carlton and Geelong seeing him as a genuine chance to jump ship. Simon Goodwin is a huge fan of Viney and with the 26-year-old a restricted free agent the club may play hard ball (in true Viney fashion) to force a trade. The Dees are one of at least four clubs watching Adam Saad‘s situation with interest. Angus Brayshaw is contracted until the end of 2022, but if Viney stays then expect clubs to ask the question. It would be a surprise if Braydon Preuss is at the club next year given his standing in the pecking order and the fact both Sydney and GWS are in need of a ruckman.\ via Fox Sports.
  19. Been pretty good in recent years
  20. Archie Perkins is around the 12-15 mark in most draft guides I've seen which ticks the boxes we're looking for
  21. Unlike Parish, Brayshaw has had one genuinely elite season, I reckon his true value is mid first round to a team prepared to play him as a pure midfielder and let him do what he does best. I do agree that Brayshaw & a second won't pry a contracted Merrett out of Essendon, it's probably a reasonable fair trade, but Essendon can't afford to lose Merrett so won't give him up (yet) unless it's for significant overs. I would try to trade Brayshaw for the Saints 1st rounder this year, then draft the best outside player personally.
  22. Hope he gets to Carlton so they throw $800k to another B grader
